Custom Container Modular Housing

Quản trị 17 tháng 9, 2026

Custom container modular housing is a modular building formed by combining and assembling containers as basic units. It features rapid construction, low cost, mobility, and a sturdy structure, making it suitable for various scenarios and offering a long service life.

I. Structural and Material Characteristics
Container modular housing centers around a steel-frame structure, utilizing corrosion-resistant steel plates and eco-friendly panels as core materials, combined with shipbuilding anti-corrosion processes to ensure excellent corrosion resistance and a service life of over 20 years. The container units are welded from special steel sections into standard components, and the containers are connected with bolts to form a stable overall structure. This design not only ensures easy installation but also supports flexible combinations in both horizontal and vertical directions, with a maximum of three layers stacked vertically to meet different spatial needs.

II. Functionality and Custom Design
The interior space of the housing can be reasonably divided according to actual usage, supporting custom designs for various functional scenarios such as residences, offices, and reception rooms. Standard sizes offer flexible options ranging from 20 to 60 feet, allowing users to adjust the housing area and layout as needed. For example, residential scenarios can be equipped with functional areas such as bedrooms, kitchens, and bathrooms; office scenarios can be divided into independent offices, meeting rooms, and public areas to achieve efficient space utilization.

III. Construction and Relocation Advantages
Its construction period is extremely short, taking only a few weeks from design to installation, significantly shorter than traditional construction timelines. This advantage stems from the modular design and standardized component production model, reducing the complexity of on-site construction. If relocation is required, the housing can be quickly disassembled and transported to a new location for reassembly, eliminating the need for repeated construction and reducing relocation costs and time consumption, making it particularly suitable for scenarios with strong temporary or mobile demands.

IV. Application Scenarios and Adaptability
The flexibility and economy of container modular housing make it widely applicable in areas such as temporary housing, construction site offices, commercial exhibition halls, and emergency rescue. For example, after natural disasters, it can be rapidly deployed as temporary shelters; on construction sites, it can serve as office and rest areas for management personnel; in commercial activities, it can function as a mobile exhibition and sales space. Its sturdy structure and weather resistance also ensure long-term stable use in different environments.
