Container Rental House

Quản trị 16 tháng 9, 2026

Container rental houses generally refer to mobile houses that are transformed from containers and can be used for living. They have characteristics such as mobility, customizability, and relatively low cost, and are widely used in scenarios such as construction site dormitories, temporary offices, and commercial operations.

I. Types and Characteristics of Container Rental Houses

  1. Standard Residential Containers: They are mostly 3×6 meters in size and equipped with basic facilities such as doors, windows, lighting, and sockets inside. Some also include air-conditioner positions and security nets to meet basic living needs. The rent usually starts at 6 yuan per day, and long-term rental prices are more favorable. For example, the monthly rent is about 180 yuan, and the annual rent is about 2160 yuan.
  2. Customized Container Houses: Their size, functions, and layouts can be customized according to the purpose. For example, double-decker containers (with stairs, suitable for both office and accommodation), modular containers (supporting flexible combination), and foldable containers (convenient for transportation and storage). The customization prices vary greatly depending on the materials and configurations. For example, the price of ordinary construction site dormitory containers ranges from 8000 yuan to 10,000 yuan, and high-end customized models may be even more expensive.
  3. Special Container Houses: Such as fire-resistant, earthquake-resistant, sound-insulating, and heat-insulating containers. They adopt steel frame structures and color-steel composite panels, can withstand a wind speed of 86.4 km/h and a magnitude 7 earthquake, and have a service life of over 20 years. They are suitable for scenarios with high safety requirements.

II. Application Scenarios of Container Rental Houses

  1. Construction Site Dormitories: They provide temporary living space for construction workers, enabling rapid deployment and low cost.
  2. Temporary Offices and Commercial Operations: They are used as project department offices, shops, warehouses, etc., and support short-term or long-term rental.
  3. Public Service Facilities: Such as street telephone booths, newsstands, and volunteer service halls. Their modular design facilitates rapid construction.
  4. Creative Living: Some individuals or enterprises transform containers into holiday villas, homestays, etc., reflecting an industrial and modern style.

III. Precautions for Rental and Purchase

  1. Rental Services: Most merchants offer flexible rental periods (short-term or long-term) and support services such as free house viewing, free consultation, door and window partition modification, and electrical circuit modification.
  2. Purchase Services: You can directly purchase brand-new or second-hand container houses. The prices vary depending on the materials, sizes, and configurations. It is necessary to pay attention to material guarantees (such as color-steel plates and steel frame structures) and after-sales services (such as one-year free maintenance for the whole machine).
