Container Module House Assembly
Quản trị 15 tháng 9, 2026
The assembly of container module houses involves the on-site joining of independently prefabricated modules from the factory, offering advantages such as efficiency, environmental friendliness, and flexibility.

Assembly Process
- Factory Prefabrication: The house is disassembled into multiple independent modules in the factory, where most processes, including the main structure, interior decoration, and the laying of water and electricity pipelines, are completed. This even includes details such as bathroom waterproofing, bathroom fixtures, cabinets, and wardrobes.
- Transportation to Site: The prefabricated modules are transported to the project site by sea or land.
- On-site Joining: At the site, cranes and other equipment are used to join the modules according to the design drawings, securing the connection points between modules through bolting, welding, and other methods.
- Water and Electricity Connection: The water and electricity pipelines between modules are connected to ensure the normal use of the house.
- Commissioning and Acceptance: The assembled house is commissioned to check if all functions are normal, followed by acceptance.
Assembly Advantages
- Efficiency: Concurrent operations of factory prefabrication and on-site joining significantly shorten the construction cycle. For example, a modular elderly care apartment manufactured in China and purchased by a British merchant took only two weeks from shipment to completion of on-site hoisting and construction.
- Environmental Friendliness: The on-site joining phase generates less noise and construction waste, meeting the requirements of green construction.
- Flexibility: Modules can be placed independently or assembled modularly to adapt to different sites and needs.
- Quality Control: Factory operations greatly improve the precision of product quality control, freeing workers from the harsh conditions of outdoor high-altitude work.
Precautions
- Module Design: Module design should consider the limitations of transportation and hoisting to ensure appropriate module size and weight.
- Connection Point Treatment: Special treatment is required for the connection points between modules to ensure firm connections, waterproofing, and fire resistance.
- On-site Foundation Treatment: The on-site foundation should be level and sturdy to ensure the stability and safety of the modules.
