Structure of Container Mobile Toilet

Quản trị 19 tháng 10, 2026

The structure of a container mobile toilet mainly consists of a frame structure, surface treatment, wall panel materials, and internal configurations.

Frame Structure: The frame of a container mobile toilet is its core supporting part, typically using welded steel structures. The base is usually welded with channel steel or I-beams, providing a stable foundation to ensure the toilet's stability during use. The columns are made of square steel, forming a sturdy frame structure with the base. This frame structure not only has sufficient strength but also meets lifting requirements, facilitating easy movement and transportation, allowing the container mobile toilet to be flexibly arranged in different locations.

Surface Treatment: To extend the service life of the container mobile toilet, the frame surface undergoes anti-corrosion treatment. Since toilets are often in outdoor environments, they are susceptible to erosion from rain and humid air. Anti-corrosion treatment effectively prevents the frame from rusting and corroding, ensuring its structural integrity and stability, thereby extending the overall service life of the toilet.

Wall Panel Materials: There are various choices for wall panel materials. Commonly used is the insulated sandwich panel, which has good thermal insulation properties, maintaining a relatively stable internal temperature in the toilet. Additionally, it is recyclable and degradable, meeting environmental requirements. Other materials used include color-coated steel sheets, fiberglass-reinforced plastic, stainless steel, and metal carved panels. Color-coated steel sheets are lightweight, strong, and easy to install; fiberglass-reinforced plastic is corrosion-resistant and aging-resistant; stainless steel is sturdy, durable, and aesthetically pleasing; metal carved panels offer rich decorative effects, meeting the aesthetic needs of different locations.

Internal Configurations: High-end container toilets are equipped with a variety of internal configurations. For example, they feature rock slab sinks, which are wear-resistant, heat-resistant, and easy to clean; smart illuminated mirrors that are convenient to use and enhance the overall grade of the toilet; wall cabinets for storing toothbrushes, toothpaste, hand soap, and other items, increasing storage space. Additionally, they are equipped with squat pans, urinals, mop sinks, and trench-type drainage channels. The doors are made of steel, sturdy and durable; the sinks are configured to home decoration standards, with sensor-activated faucets for more convenient and hygienic use; the urinals are floor-mounted and sensor-activated, with some designs considering privacy protection and preventing urine splashing; the corners are treated at a 45-degree angle and connected with corner covers for a more comfortable appearance.
