Does the Container Mobile House Provide Sun Protection?

Quản trị 16 tháng 9, 2026

Container mobile houses can achieve sun protection effects through various methods.

Firstly, in terms of material selection, some container mobile houses use aviation-grade 6061-T6 aluminum alloy frames. This material not only has high strength but also undergoes powder coating and electrophoretic processes on its surface, enabling it to withstand extreme conditions such as wind pressure, snow pressure, and hail impacts. It also possesses certain sun protection and corrosion-resistant properties. Additionally, the house panels tend to use German Bayer PC panels, which are lightweight, weighing only half as much as glass, with a light transmittance of up to 82%, almost indistinguishable from glass. Meanwhile, their impact resistance is 2-20 times that of tempered glass, allowing them to remain stable and undamaged even under intense sunlight, thereby indirectly providing sun protection.

Secondly, container mobile houses can also adopt sun protection measures in their design. For example, by adding sunshade roofs or adjusting sunshade facilities, direct sunlight can be effectively blocked, reducing indoor temperatures. Some high-end container mobile houses are also equipped with adjustable sunshade systems, allowing users to adjust the sunshade angle and area according to actual needs to achieve the best sun protection effect.

Furthermore, the thermal insulation performance of container mobile houses also significantly impacts their sun protection effect. Some houses adopt a three-layer key structure, including an outer layer of anti-corrosion color-coated steel plate to reflect sunlight, a middle layer of polyurethane foam to block heat conduction, and an inner layer of fire-resistant gypsum board to assist in humidity control and temperature stabilization. This structure can effectively reduce indoor temperatures and improve living comfort.
