Container Mobile House
Quản trị 15 tháng 9, 2026
Container mobile houses are independent office or living units transformed from standard containers. They feature a sturdy structure, convenient transportation, and flexible splicing or expansion capabilities, making them suitable for various scenarios such as construction site command centers, temporary offices, commercial pop-up shops, and emergency support.

I. Structural Types and Specifications
- Standard Container Type: Based on 20-foot and 40-foot containers, these can be used individually or spliced together in multiple units. They have a sturdy structure and are suitable for long-term on-site office or accommodation.
- Folding Type: Featuring a folding design, these containers compress in volume during transportation and can be quickly expanded upon arrival. The expansion time for a single unit can be controlled within 30 minutes, making them suitable for scenarios requiring frequent relocation, such as exploration teams and temporary command posts.
- Assembled Type: Combining light steel keels with color-coated steel plates, these containers are modularly assembled on-site and can be flexibly expanded according to the number of occupants and functional zoning. They are commonly found in temporary offices in industrial parks and event planning sites.
- Expandable Type: These containers have additional side or end expansion cabins added to the base container, increasing the usable area by 30%-50% upon expansion. They are suitable for scenarios with higher space comfort requirements.
II. Performance Advantages
- Strong Wind and Earthquake Resistance: High-quality container houses adopt a full steel structure frame, with a wind resistance rating of up to 12 and an earthquake resistance rating that meets regulatory requirements, ensuring high structural stability under extreme conditions.
- High Installation Efficiency: A single modular unit can be assembled from arrival to completion in just 4 hours, significantly shortening the preparation time for engineering projects.
- High Reusability: These containers can be disassembled and reassembled more than 15 times, with no significant decrease in structural stability after each disassembly. The cost per use is only one-third of that of a brand-new product.
III. Application Scenarios
Container mobile houses are widely used in engineering camps, commercial temporary spaces, emergency support, cultural tourism and homestays, and other fields, meeting the needs for rapid deployment, flexible adjustment, and cost control in various scenarios.
