Container Mobile House Designer

Container mobile house designers are primarily responsible for the entire process of container mobile houses, from design to construction implementation, covering the design and technical support of various types of buildings.

Job Responsibilities

• Design of Standard Building Products: Based on business requirements, draw exterior renderings, floor plans, construction drawings for standard building products, as well as renderings and floor plans for extended products of standard products. This requires designers to accurately grasp the building's exterior and interior layout, providing clear and accurate drawings for subsequent construction.
• Design of Creative Building Projects: According to the client's needs, draw creative building and interior renderings, construction drawings, and prepare project proposals. From concept development to rendering presentation, and then to construction drawing preparation, involving multiple disciplines such as structure, plumbing, electrical, and decoration, ensuring the smooth implementation of the project proposal.
• Modular and Steel Structure Design: Possess experience in modular building design and be familiar with container structures and frame-type structural design. Be able to independently conduct scheme design, structural stress analysis, bill of quantities calculation, and construction drawing preparation. At the same time, be familiar with the structural design work of steel structure houses, completing structural design construction drawings, installation drawings, etc.
• Customer Communication and Technical Support: Conduct technical exchanges with clients and provide comprehensive proposals to clients. During project implementation, modify drawings according to actual conditions and provide on-site installation technical guidance and communication. Provide technical support to business personnel, accurately understand project requirements, and determine design solutions.

Job Requirements and Skills Involved

• Project Experience: Priority is given to those with extensive experience in engineering projects, which helps designers better cope with various complex projects and improve design efficiency and quality.
• Skill Mastery: Need to master skills related to civil, industrial, and commercial buildings, and be proficient in using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop. Possess independent design capabilities for architectural construction drawings, rendering techniques, and independent scheme design capabilities, being able to independently complete the entire process from design to drawing output.
