Container Mobile House Crane

Quản trị 15 tháng 9, 2026

Container mobile house cranes typically choose gantry cranes or dedicated container cranes, with the specific type determined by the operating scenario, lifting capacity, and site conditions. The following is an analysis from three aspects: equipment type, technical characteristics, and application scenarios.

I. Gantry cranes are the core equipment for lifting container mobile houses
Gantry cranes (also known as portal cranes) are characterized by a portal-shaped frame structure and move via tracks or tires, suitable for ports, yards, and construction sites. Depending on their structure, they can be divided into double-girder gantry cranes and single-girder gantry cranes. Among them, double-girder models are more commonly used for lifting container mobile houses due to their stronger load-bearing capacity (e.g., 50-ton and 80-ton classes). For example, the 50-ton to 100-ton double-girder portal cranes produced by Shandong Tianyuan Heavy Industry for port terminals can lock onto the top corner fittings of containers using dedicated lifting fixtures, completing lifting, lateral movement, and traveling actions for efficient loading and unloading. Additionally, some equipment is equipped with wireless remote control or intelligent operating systems to enhance operational safety and precision.

II. Dedicated container cranes are optimized for specific scenarios
For small to medium-sized yards or temporary operations, dedicated container cranes, driven by hydraulic systems for lifting and movement, feature low noise and flexible steering. For example, the Weiken JD400 container crane adopts a four-wheel steering design with a maximum steering angle of 90 degrees and a small turning radius, making it suitable for operations in narrow spaces. Its hydraulic cylinder has a diameter of 200 millimeters, with low system pressure, ensuring smooth lifting and lowering, meeting the container loading and unloading needs of factories, stations, and other locations. Such equipment typically requires a flat and hardened operating site to avoid stability issues caused by uneven ground.

III. Mobile cranes and rubber-tired gantry cranes enhance application flexibility
For scenarios requiring frequent relocation of the operating site, mobile cranes (such as truck cranes) or rubber-tired gantry cranes offer greater advantages. Truck cranes stabilize the vehicle body with outriggers, with lifting capacities ranging from 8 tons to 1600 tons, supporting AI path planning and millimeter-level electronic control outrigger technology to adapt to complex terrains. Rubber-tired gantry cranes, on the other hand, move without tracks via rubber tires. For example, the mobile rubber-tired gantry cranes produced by Tai'an Haobo Electromechanical can complete rapid container transfer and stacking. Additionally, some equipment adopts a modular design with interchangeable standard sections, facilitating adjustments to span and lifting capacity based on operational needs.
