The installation of container integrated housing mainly includes steps such as bottom frame installation, wall installation, and folding container house lifting and positioning. There are differences in installation details for different types.

Installation Steps for the Bottom Frame of Assembled Container Houses

1. Bottom Beam Connection: On a flat ground or workbench, connect the bottom corners of the container to the bottom beams using hexagon socket bolts, but do not tighten them temporarily. After adjustment, ensure that the diagonal difference of the bottom frame is ≤3mm, and then tighten the bolts.
2. Secondary Beam Installation: Install π-shaped secondary beams according to the positions of the positioning holes on the long beams and fix them with m5.519 self-tapping screws. The top of the π-shaped secondary beams and the bottom beams need to be fixed with st4.816 round-head self-drilling screws.
3. Floor Substrate Laying: Lay the floor substrate (magnesium oxide board) along the 6-meter direction. The substrates at both ends have been pre-punched, but they need to be cut at an angle according to the drawn chalk lines.
4. Floor Laying and Fixing: Mark the centerline of the π-shaped beams, start laying the floor from one end, and align the joint of two floor panels with the centerline of the π-shaped beams. After the floor is laid, mark the centerline of the π-shaped beams on the floor according to the previous markings and snap chalk lines (two chalk lines are required at the floor joint, each deviating 20mm from the centerline), and then fix the floor along the chalk lines with st4.2*38 cross-head self-tapping screws at intervals of 300-350mm.
5. Floor Treatment: Sand the entire floor, especially the panel joints, apply PVC special floor adhesive, wait for 10-15 minutes, lay the floor covering, expel the air between the floor covering and the substrate, and if possible, weld the joints of the floor covering.

Installation Steps for Foldable Container Mobile Houses

1. Lifting and Stabilizing the Main Frame: Check the stability of the steel wire ropes, lift the main frame, and place support rods in the middle of the container to keep it stable after it is smoothly unfolded.
2. Wall Installation: Push open one wall and tighten it with fastening screws, then push open the other wall with doors and windows and tighten the screws.
3. Lifting and Positioning: Lift the folding container house to the predetermined installation position and lower it after ensuring that there is no one around.
