Container Integrated House Water and Electricity

Quản trị 15 tháng 9, 2026

The water and electricity systems of container integrated houses are usually pre-installed in the factory, and only need to be connected to external water and electricity interfaces on site for use. The following is an elaboration from four aspects: water and electricity pre-installation processes, system design features, construction efficiency and safety, and maintenance and recycling:

1. Water and Electricity Pre-installation Processes
Mainstream modular integrated houses adopt a whole-house integrated pre-installation mode. Water and electricity pipelines, sanitary equipment (such as squat toilets and showers), cabinets, etc., are all installed on the factory assembly line. For example, a smart factory in Guangdong uses a fully automated production line to disassemble the house into bottom, top, and four side components. Multiple sub-production lines simultaneously produce water and electricity pipelines, and finally assemble them into a complete container at the end of the production line. This process ensures precise water and electricity layouts, avoids on-site construction errors, and standardizes the reservation of water and electricity interfaces for easy later maintenance.

2. System Design Features

  • Waterproofing and Sealing: Key aspects such as bathroom waterproofing and water and electricity pipeline sealing are handled by professional equipment in the factory, for example, using waterproof coatings and sealing rings to ensure no leakage risks.
  • Energy Efficiency and Environmental Protection: Some products integrate rainwater collection systems (such as shower room rainwater recycling) to achieve water resource recycling; the design of water and electricity circuits is optimized to reduce energy consumption.
  • Personalized Adaptation: The water and electricity systems support customization according to usage scenarios. For example, cultural and tourism homestays can add independent water and electricity meters, and commercial facilities can be equipped with high-power circuits.

3. Construction Efficiency and Safety

  • Rapid Deployment: After the pre-installation of the water and electricity systems is completed, only the connection of external water and power sources is required on site. The assembly time for a single module can be controlled within 1 hour, and the entire process does not require wet operations (such as bricklaying and plastering), significantly shortening the construction period.
  • Safety Standards: Water and electricity materials must comply with national regulations (such as GB50011-2010 Code for Seismic Design of Buildings), and the circuit layout must pass third-party inspections to ensure wind and earthquake resistance. For example, the products of Suzhou Zhongnan Steel Structure Co., Ltd. have a frame deformation of only 2mm under a strong wind of Level 12, and the water and electricity systems are unaffected.

4. Maintenance and Recycling

  • Modular Design: Water and electricity components adopt a detachable structure, facilitating local repairs or replacements and reducing long-term operation and maintenance costs.
  • Multiple Reuses: Compliant products can be disassembled and reused an average of more than 8 times. The water and electricity systems migrate with the container body, eliminating the need for repeated laying and increasing resource utilization by about 90%.
