Container Integrated House Installation Guide

Quản trị 16 tháng 9, 2026

The installation guide for container integrated houses is as follows:

Bottom Frame Installation: First, operate on a flat ground or workbench. Precisely connect the bottom corners of the container to the bottom beams. Use hex socket bolts for initial fixation. At this time, the bolts should not be tightened firmly to leave adjustment space for subsequent alignment. Measure to ensure that the difference in the diagonals of the bottom frame is ≤3mm. After meeting the accuracy requirements, tighten all the bolts to ensure the stability of the bottom frame structure.

Secondary Beam Installation: According to the preset positioning hole positions on the long beams, install the π-shaped secondary beams and fix them with m5.519 self-tapping screws. To enhance structural stability, additional st4.816 round-head self-drilling screws should be used to fix the tops of the π-shaped secondary beams and the bottom beams, forming a double-connection guarantee.

Floor Substrate Laying: The floor substrate is made of magnesium oxide board material and should be laid along the 6-meter direction. Before laying, note that although the ends of the substrate are pre-punched, they still need to be chamfered according to the marked lines drawn on-site to ensure a perfect fit between the substrate and the structure and avoid gaps or misalignments in the later stage.

Floor Laying Preparation: Make clear marks at the centerlines of the π-shaped beams. These marks will serve as the reference lines for subsequent floor laying and nailing, ensuring that the joints between the floor panels are aligned with the centerlines of the beams, improving the overall aesthetics and structural strength.

Floor Laying: Start laying the floor panels from one end of the house, ensuring that the joints between two floor panels are completely aligned with the centerline of the π-shaped beam. After laying, snap chalk lines on the floor according to the centerline marks of the π-shaped beams. For the joints, snap two chalk lines, each deviating 20mm from the centerline, as the nailing positioning lines. Use st4.2*38 cross-recessed flat-head self-tapping screws to fix the floor panels along the chalk lines, with a nailing interval controlled between 300 - 350mm to ensure that the floor panels are firmly fixed and do not loosen.

Subsequent Floor Treatment: After the floor panels are laid, perform overall sanding, focusing on the joints between the panels to ensure a flat surface. Apply PVC special floor adhesive, wait for 10 - 15 minutes for the adhesive to initially cure, then lay the floor covering, and use special tools to expel the air between the floor covering and the substrate to avoid air bubbles. If possible, perform welding treatment on the joints of the floor covering to further improve waterproofness and durability.

Supplementary Notes: The installation of detachable container houses adopts a screw-assembly method throughout the process, eliminating the need for welding, which facilitates disassembly and reuse. At the same time, the house design features thermal insulation, making it suitable for use in various environments. Some installation guides mention the need to remove the M12×40 hex socket bolts at the corners during installation. This step should be carried out according to the specific house model and design requirements.
