Container House Water Cooling System

Quản trị 15 tháng 9, 2026

The container house water cooling system is a cooling solution that provides a stable temperature environment for container houses or container-type equipment. It is typically composed of a chiller unit, pipes, a cooling tower, and related control systems, featuring efficient cooling, energy conservation, and stable operation.

I. System Composition and Working Principle

The container house water cooling system mainly consists of the following parts:

  1. Chiller Unit: As the core equipment, it achieves heat exchange through the circulation of refrigerant by a compressor, providing a cold source for the system. For example, a dedicated energy storage system chiller unit can be equipped with a high-performance compressor to adjust the cooling load according to an intelligent electronic control system, ensuring stable temperature.
  2. Pipes and Terminal Equipment: This includes cold water pipes, fan coil units, or air conditioning ducts, which transport the cold source to the interior of the container to regulate the space temperature. For example, a distributed energy storage power system connects a fan coil unit with a refrigerator to achieve temperature control.
  3. Cooling Tower: It provides cooling water for the chiller unit, reducing the refrigerant temperature through evaporative heat dissipation to form a cycle. Some systems adopt an integrated design, such as the intelligent high-efficiency water-cooled integrated cold station, which integrates the cooling tower and the chiller unit into the container structure.
  4. Control System: It monitors and adjusts the operating status in real-time through temperature sensors and intelligent electronic control systems to achieve energy conservation and precise temperature control. For example, a dedicated energy storage chiller is equipped with an imported digital temperature controller that can precisely control the water temperature within ±1℃, with a set range of 5℃—35℃.

II. System Advantages

  1. Efficient Cooling and Energy Conservation: The water cooling system achieves rapid cooling through direct heat exchange, with lower energy consumption than traditional air cooling systems. For example, the Yovanko container liquid-cooled data center adopts single-phase immersion liquid cooling technology, which saves 85% more energy than traditional air cooling and significantly reduces the PUE value.
  2. Stable Operation and Low Noise: The system adopts a modular design, reducing mechanical vibrations, operating smoothly, and producing low noise, making it suitable for scenarios with high environmental requirements.
  3. Strong Adaptability and Flexible Deployment: The container-type structure can be quickly installed on rooftops, outdoor ground spaces, etc., supporting movement or expansion to meet temporary or permanent needs. For example, the intelligent high-efficiency water-cooled integrated cold station does not require a dedicated machine room and can be flexibly moved according to usage requirements.
  4. Extended Equipment Lifespan: Through precise temperature control, the water cooling system can optimize the working environment of equipment such as battery packs, extending their lifespan and improving the protection level.
