Container House Transportation Process
The transportation process of container houses typically includes production encapsulation, transportation, on-site hoisting, and connection. Details are as follows:

Production Encapsulation Stage: Container houses undergo full-process fine decoration in the factory, including the prefabrication of wall frames, floor ceilings, water and electricity pipelines, kitchen and bathroom waterproofing, and hard decoration, forming a complete living space that is ready to move in. After the order is confirmed and production is completed, the entire unit is encapsulated and loaded into a container for transportation. Some manufacturers also provide entry-level packaging material kits to facilitate customers in safely packaging their belongings.
Transportation Stage: Different transportation methods are adopted based on the transportation distance and destination. Domestic Transportation: For domestic transportation, if the distance is relatively short, large-item logistics or trailer transportation may be used; if the distance is relatively long, sea container transportation may be adopted. Some regions may only offer door-to-warehouse services, and the warehouse may be far from the customer's address, requiring the customer to transport the container house from the warehouse to the destination themselves. International Transportation: For international transportation, sea container transportation is mainly used. Foldable containers that meet the transportation needs of export containers have become the mainstream choice. After being folded, the dimensions of these containers fully comply with the loading specifications of standard sea containers, eliminating the need for additional customized transportation carriers. Moreover, their overall structure is stable and can withstand the bumps, vibrations, and salt spray corrosion during sea transportation.
On-site Hoisting and Connection Stage: After the container house arrives at the destination, a crane is used to hoist it into place. By connecting the water, electricity, and sewage pipelines, it can be directly used for living. For foldable container houses, an unfolding operation is also required. The two sides can be unfolded through hydraulic or mechanical means, expanding the space by 2-3 times, with a simple operation process. Some manufacturers also provide on-site installation and after-sales services to ensure the smooth commissioning of the container house.
