Container House Transportation Plan

Quản trị 15 tháng 9, 2026

The container house transportation plan requires comprehensive consideration of transportation methods, loading design, transportation protection, and compliance. The specific plan is as follows:

I. Selection of Transportation Methods The transportation of container houses should be selected based on transportation distance, cargo volume, and cost.

  • Sea Freight: Suitable for cross-regional or cross-border transportation, distinguishing between Full Container Load (FCL) and Less than Container Load (LCL). If the house volume is close to or exceeds 25 cubic meters, FCL is preferred to reduce costs; LCL is more economical for volumes below 15 cubic meters.
  • Land Transportation: For short distances (within 300 kilometers), tilt trucks can be used, utilizing their tilt function for direct unloading; for long distances, flatbed trucks or semi-trailers with chassis are chosen, with the latter securing cargo through container locking boxes to ensure safety during long-distance transportation. If transporting oversized houses, low-bed trailers with a stepped design capable of carrying high containers are required, but special transportation approval is necessary.

II. Loading Methods and Scheme Design Proper loading is crucial for improving transportation efficiency and reducing costs.

  • Loading Methods: Choose pallet loading (for easy handling), wooden/cardboard box loading (to protect fragile components), or mixed loading (to maximize space utilization) based on the house structure. If the house is foldable, ensure the folded dimensions comply with standard sea freight container specifications to avoid additional transportation carrier costs.
  • Center of Gravity Balance: When designing the loading plan, distribute the cargo weight evenly to prevent tilting or damage to the container during transportation. For example, place heavy components at the bottom and light components at the top.

III. Transportation Protection and Safety Management Protection measures during transportation directly affect the integrity rate of the houses.

  • Physical Protection: Seal and secure the container houses, using protective covers to prevent磕碰 (collisions) during transportation; reinforce the connection between pipelines and the container body to prevent loosening due to vibration.
  • Vibration Management: Select experienced drivers and plan smooth routes to reduce bumps; for precision components (such as electrical systems), additional shock-absorbing materials are required.
  • Safety Inspection upon Arrival: Upon arrival, inspect the house exterior for transportation damage and check the accompanying documents (such as certificates of conformity and inspection reports) to ensure completeness for subsequent inspections.

IV. Compliance and Intermodal Transportation Optimization

  • Compliance Requirements: If transporting overseas, ensure the house complies with the target country's building codes (such as wind and earthquake resistance ratings) and cross-border transportation qualifications (such as CE certification).
  • Intermodal Transportation: Combine the advantages of sea and land transportation, such as first transporting the house by sea to the destination port and then transferring it by truck to the construction site, shortening the overall transportation time.
