Container House Surface Treatment
Quản trị 15 tháng 9, 2026
Container house surface treatment mainly includes methods such as painting and electrostatic spraying, with the aim of extending service life, improving aesthetics, and meeting personalized needs.

Painting Treatment
- Water-based Container Paint: Also known as steel structure water-based paint or color steel tile paint, it is a commonly used material in container painting. It can effectively extend the service life of residential container houses, improve their aesthetics, enhance taste, and meet the personalized needs of young people. During the painting process, attention should be paid to the ambient temperature and relative humidity. Generally, the ambient temperature should be between 5-38℃, and the relative humidity should not exceed 85%. At the same time, the painted surface should be protected from rain within 4 hours after painting to ensure the quality of the coating.
- Single-Component Acrylic Paint: Custom-developed specifically for container renovation scenarios, it features a single-component design and extremely convenient construction. It supports various construction methods such as airless spraying, rolling, and brushing, making it suitable for a variety of scenarios including batch renovation in container yards and outdoor scattered renovations. This paint dries quickly, with a surface dry time of ≤30 minutes and a full dry time of ≤6 hours at room temperature, significantly shortening the renovation period. At the same time, it has extremely strong adhesion and excellent weather resistance and corrosion resistance, effectively preventing further rusting of the container body after renovation and extending its service life.
Electrostatic Spraying Treatment
- Electrostatic Spraying: A process in which plastic powder is charged by a high-voltage electrostatic device and uniformly adsorbed onto the surface of a container house under the action of an electric field. It has advantages such as uniform coating, strong adhesion, and wear and corrosion resistance, significantly improving the appearance quality and durability of container houses. At the same time, electrostatic spraying treatment is also environmentally friendly, with no harmful volatiles produced during the construction process, meeting national environmental protection standards.
