Specifications of Container Houses
Container houses come in a variety of specifications, including standard container sizes, customized sizes, and special types of sizes, as detailed below:

I. Standard Container Sizes
International Standard Containers: Primarily consisting of 20-foot and 40-foot containers. The conventional domestic size for a 20-foot container is 3 meters by 6 meters, while the foreign trade size is 5.8 meters by 2.2 meters, covering an area of approximately 12.98 square meters; the foreign trade size for a 40-foot container is 11.5 meters by 2.2 meters, covering an area of approximately 25.96 square meters. These containers are structurally robust, easy to transport, and suitable for project departments, construction site command centers, and other scenarios.
Domestic General Standards: The dimensions are 6 meters in length, 3 meters in width, and 2.9 meters in height, with the export general size being 6 meters in length, 2.4 meters in width, and 2.9 meters in height. These sizes are widely used in construction sites for accommodation, offices, and medical and epidemic prevention scenarios. The interior space can accommodate a double bed, a simple desk, and a standing wardrobe, with a reasonable flow design.
II. Customized Sizes
Small Customized Sizes: For example, a container measuring 3 meters in length, 3 meters in width, and 2.8 meters in height, covering an area of 9 square meters, is suitable for scenarios with small space requirements such as guard posts and small warehouses.
Expanded Sizes: Larger spaces are achieved through splicing or expansion designs. For instance, a container measuring 7 meters in length, 3 meters in width, and 2.8 meters in height can serve as a two-story mobile home by adding corridors and canopies; expanded containers add side or end expansion modules to the base model, increasing the usable area by 30%-50%, meeting the space requirements for long-term on-site offices.
III. Special Types of Sizes
Foldable Containers: Sizes are designed according to international standard containers, with standard models of 20 feet (approximately 6 meters) and 40 feet (approximately 12 meters), as well as non-standard models customized for special needs. Their advantage lies in compressing volume during transportation and quickly unfolding upon arrival, with the unfolding time for a single set controlled within 30 minutes.
Apple Pod Containers: The conventional domestic size is 3 meters by 6 meters, with foreign trade sizes ranging from 5.8 meters by 2.2 meters to 11.5 meters by 2.2 meters. Their main frame is welded from hot-dip galvanized square steel, with wall panels made of insulated materials such as aluminum-zinc coated color steel plates composite with rock wool, supporting modular assembly and free customization.
