Quản trị 17 tháng 9, 2026

Container houses come in a variety of sizes, commonly designed and produced based on the dimensions of international standard containers, with specific sizes varying by type.

  1. Standard Container Houses

    • 20-foot Container House: External dimensions approximately 6.058 meters (length) × 2.438 meters (width) × 2.591 meters (height), with internal clear dimensions of about 5.898 meters × 2.352 meters × 2.393 meters, and a volume of approximately 33 cubic meters. This type of house is suitable for single occupants or small families, or as temporary office or storage space.
    • 40-foot Container House: External dimensions approximately 12.192 meters (length) × 2.438 meters (width) × 2.591 meters (height), with internal clear dimensions of about 12.032 meters × 2.352 meters × 2.393 meters, and a volume of approximately 67 cubic meters. Its space can accommodate multiple occupants or medium-sized office needs, often used as construction site dormitories, shops, or event exhibition halls.
    • 40-foot High Cube Container House: The external height is increased to 2.896 meters, with an internal clear height of about 2.698 meters, and a volume of approximately 76 cubic meters. The taller space is suitable for scenarios requiring vertical utilization, such as designs with lofts or equipment installation.
  2. Non-standard Container Houses

    • 10-foot Container House: External dimensions approximately 3.048 meters (length) × 2.438 meters (width) × 2.591 meters (height), with an indoor area of about 7 square meters. Due to its compact size, it is often used as a study, workshop, equipment room, or portable toilet.
    • 30-foot Container House: External dimensions approximately 9.144 meters (length) × 2.438 meters (width) × 2.591 meters (height), with space介于 (between) 20-foot and 40-foot containers, offering a balance of flexibility and practicality, suitable for medium-scale office or residential needs.
    • Small Container House: Dimensions of 3 meters × 3 meters, with an area of about 9 square meters, often used as guardhouses, temporary warehouses, or small shops.
    • Large Container House: Dimensions of 7 meters (length) × 3 meters (width), with the ability to expand functionality through second-story拼接 (splicing) or adding corridors, often used as office areas, dormitory buildings, or public facilities.

Selection Advice: The size of a container house should be considered based on its specific use, transportation constraints (such as road height and width), and cost. Standard sizes facilitate transportation and modular combination, while non-standard sizes offer greater flexibility to adapt to special scenario requirements.
