Container House Setup: Tools & Common Issues

Quản trị 25 tháng 10, 2026

The tools required for installing a container house mainly include foundation construction tools, connection and fastening tools, electrical installation tools, and decoration tools; common issues involve foundation treatment, structural connection, waterproofing and moisture resistance, and electrical safety.

During the foundation construction phase, measuring tools such as spirit levels and tape measures are needed to accurately position and determine the installation location and levelness of the container house. Excavation tools like shovels and excavators (for large-scale projects) are used to dig foundation pits. Concrete pouring tools such as mixers and vibrating rods are employed to make and pour concrete foundations, ensuring stability.

In the structural connection and fastening stage, an electric drill is essential for drilling holes in the container frame to install bolts. Wrenches are used to tighten bolts, ensuring tight connections between components. Welding equipment (such as electric welders) plays a role in areas requiring welding reinforcement, enhancing overall structural integrity.

For electrical installation, wire strippers are used to strip the insulation from wires for easy wiring. Electrician's knives are used to cut wires and cables. Multimeters are used to detect circuit continuity, voltage, and current parameters, ensuring the safe operation of the electrical system.

During the decoration phase, pneumatic nail guns are used to fix decorative panels on walls and ceilings. Sandpaper is used to sand surfaces, making decorative materials adhere more firmly and creating smoother surfaces. Paintbrushes and rollers are used to apply wall paint, enhancing the house's aesthetics.

Regarding common issues, improper foundation treatment may cause the container house to sink or tilt, affecting structural stability. Therefore, the foundation must be flat, solid, and have sufficient load-bearing capacity. Loose structural connections can pose safety hazards. During installation, ensure bolts are tightened and welding quality meets standards. Poor waterproofing and moisture resistance can cause the interior of the container to become damp, damaging decorative materials and electrical equipment. Waterproofing measures should be taken at connection points and on the roof, and ventilation equipment should be installed. Non-standard electrical system installation may lead to electric shock or fire accidents. Wiring should comply with regulations, with proper grounding, and electrical equipment should be installed securely and safely.
