Container House Roof with Patterned Plate

Quản trị 17 tháng 9, 2026

When laying patterned plates on the roof of a container house, it is necessary to comprehensively consider material, process, functionality, and industry suitability. The specific requirements are as follows:

I. Material and Process Standards

  1. Base Material Selection

    • Galvanized Steel Plate: The mainstream materials are Q235 carbon steel or SPA-H weathering steel. The zinc coating thickness should reach 15-275g/㎡ to ensure corrosion resistance. Weathering steel (SPA-H) performs better in humid or corrosive environments and is suitable for coastal or chemical areas.
    • Corrugated Structure: Adopt a four- or five-wave round-head design with a corrugation height of 10-30mm. Through pressing processes, a three-dimensional structure is formed to enhance load-bearing capacity (compressive strength of approximately 120MPa). Corrugated plates are usually pressed from galvanized patterned plates, offering both corrosion resistance and wear resistance.
  2. Surface Treatment

    • Phosphating or fluorocarbon painting processes are required to improve fire and water resistance. Phosphating treatment enhances coating adhesion, while fluorocarbon painting provides weather resistance and meets environmental requirements (e.g., no heavy metal leaching).

II. Functional Requirements

  1. Load-Bearing Performance

    • Flat roof panels must withstand pressures of over 10 tons and are typically used in conjunction with patterned steel floor panels to ensure overall structural stability.
    • Specialized containers (e.g., hazardous waste rooms) require reinforced roof panels with a flexural strength of 150MPa and the addition of fireproof layers, complying with GB16297 environmental standards.
  2. Sealing Performance

    • The roof panels of enclosed containers must pass ISO-1161 international certification. Seams should be sealed with adhesive strips or welding processes to prevent rainwater leakage.
  3. Environmental Adaptability

    • The temperature resistance range should cover -40℃ to 68℃ to adapt to extreme climatic conditions. Weathering steel remains less brittle at low temperatures and less deformable at high temperatures.

III. Industry Application Differences

  1. Logistics Containers

    • Focus on lightweight design, with roof panel thicknesses typically ranging from 1-2mm for easy and quick installation and transportation.
  2. Specialized Containers

    • Such as hazardous waste rooms and medical containers, must meet special requirements for fire, explosion, and corrosion resistance. Roof panels should be equipped with fireproof layers (e.g., rock wool panels) and pass flexural strength tests (150MPa).

IV. Pricing and Supply

  • Prices vary depending on the manufacturer, material, and purpose. For example, the corrugated plates from Shijiazhuang Chenzhuo Color Steel Engineering Co., Ltd. start at 35 yuan per meter; Cangzhou Xinhe Container Manufacturing Co., Ltd. offers short delivery times (within 2 days) for corrugated plates, suitable for urgent needs.
  • When purchasing, it is essential to clarify the purpose (e.g., logistics or specialized scenarios) to select appropriate thicknesses, corrosion resistance levels, and additional functions (e.g., fireproof layers).
