Container House Roof Installation Drawing
Quản trị 16 tháng 9, 2026
The installation of container house roofs requires selecting appropriate methods based on the roof type. Common roof types include flat roofs and arched roofs. Here are the specific installation points:

Flat Roof Installation Points
- Support Structure Construction: Ensure that all support structures are firmly installed, which is the foundation for flat roof installation. For example, in some container house projects, the roof frame structure is first constructed to ensure it can withstand the roof materials and any additional loads that may occur, such as snow accumulation and human activities.
- Roof Material Laying: Cut and splice the selected roof materials according to the design dimensions. If a solar photovoltaic power generation system is used as part of the roof, the photovoltaic panel brackets should be installed first, and then the photovoltaic panels should be accurately fixed on the brackets to ensure that their angles meet local lighting conditions for optimal power generation efficiency. At the same time, pay attention to the connection and sealing between the photovoltaic panels to prevent rainwater from seeping in and damaging the circuits. For ordinary flat roof materials, such as metal sheets, they should be laid in a certain order to ensure tight and flat splicing between the materials.
- Sealing Treatment: The connection between the roof and the container must be tightly sealed. Specialized sealants or waterproof membranes can be used for treatment to prevent rainwater from seeping into the interior of the container through the connection gaps, causing damage to interior decoration and items.
Arched Roof Installation Points
- Support Structure Fixation: Similarly, ensure that all support structures are firmly installed first. The support structures for arched roofs need to be carefully designed and installed according to the curvature and span of the arch to ensure their stability and load-bearing capacity.
- Material Cutting and Splicing: Cut the selected roof materials according to the design dimensions and then splice them. During the installation process, keep the roof flat and smooth to avoid unevenness, which not only affects aesthetics but may also affect the roof's drainage performance. For example, in some projects that use metal sheets as arched roof materials, ensure tight splicing between the metal sheets to prevent rainwater leakage.
- Connection Sealing: Ensure that the connection between the roof and the container is tightly sealed. Similar sealing methods to those for flat roofs can be used, such as using sealants or waterproof membranes for treatment to prevent rainwater from seeping in.
