Container House Rental Plan
The container house rental plan should cover key aspects such as project overview, costs, rental purposes, lease terms, and rental methods. The following provides explanations by combining two example plans:

I. Project Overview
Clarify the location, number, area, and supporting facilities of the houses. For example, the project at No. 14 Houcao Lane, Gulou District, Fuzhou City includes one 21.6-square-meter container house and two food trucks (15 square meters and 8 square meters), totaling 44.6 square meters; the Tianxing Village project provides nine container houses with external dimensions of 6 meters × 3 meters × 2.8 meters, equipped with basic lighting and power supply interfaces inside to meet the needs of catering operations.
II. Costs
Specify monthly cooperation fees/rents, payment methods, escalation rules, deposits, etc. For the Houcao Lane project, the base monthly cooperation fee is 6,000 yuan, payable monthly with no escalation, a performance deposit of 12,000 yuan, and a bidding deposit of 10,000 yuan; for the Tianxing Village project, the base annual rent is 3,000 yuan per unit, payable annually, with the first year's rent to be paid within 7 working days after contract signing, along with a performance deposit equivalent to one year's rent, and utilities to be paid by the tenant.
III. Rental Purposes
Limit the scope of business operations. The Houcao Lane project is positioned as a pastoral leisure supporting operation, allowing light businesses such as pastoral leisure, light snacks, coffee roasting, etc., while prohibiting heavy-oil fume catering, illegal activities, and dangerous goods operations; the Tianxing Village project is limited to legal and compliant catering operations (excluding high-pollution and high-noise categories) and general merchandise retail, with no unauthorized changes in purpose or subletting allowed.
IV. Lease Terms
Clarify the rental duration and renewal conditions. The rental period for the Houcao Lane project is 36 months; for the Tianxing Village project, it is 3 years, with the current tenant having the right of first refusal for renewal under the same conditions upon contract expiration.
V. Rental Methods
The Houcao Lane project adopts an electronic bidding method, where bidders submit quotes through the Fuzhou Strait Cross-Strait Electronic Bidding Platform, with the highest bidder winning; the Tianxing Village project involves offline registration, qualification review, and then participation in bidding, with quote documents to be submitted within the specified time.
