Container House Renovation Technology
Container house renovation technology mainly involves aspects such as steel selection, enclosure structure, connection nodes, surface corrosion protection, internal functional zoning, and water and electricity renovation.

Steel Selection and Structural Optimization: In the renovation of container houses, steel selection is crucial. Using high-strength weathering steel (such as Q355B grade) as the main frame of the container body can significantly improve the yield strength and reduce material usage. Through rigid connections between corner fittings and side beams, a self-balancing system is formed, enhancing structural stability. For example, the longitudinal corrugated plates on the top of the container body not only bear the roof load but also disperse stress through the corrugated geometric shape, avoiding local buckling.
Enclosure Structure and Thermal Performance: The enclosure structure adopts a three-layer composite construction of 'rock wool - air layer - aluminized zinc plate', effectively improving thermal insulation performance. The thickness of the rock wool layer is controlled between 75 mm and 100 mm, with a low thermal conductivity. The intermediate air layer inhibits convective heat transfer, resulting in a low overall heat transfer coefficient, reducing the risk of condensation and extending the service life of the steel structure.
Connection Nodes and Seismic Design: For areas with high seismic fortification intensity, container houses introduce a dual-fixing mode of 'wedge-shaped lock + high-strength bolt' at the container body connections to enhance seismic adaptability. The wedge-shaped lock is made through heat treatment, with a reasonably designed slope angle that can generate a self-locking effect under horizontal shear forces, reducing displacement during earthquakes.
Surface Corrosion Protection and Lifecycle: The coating system adopts a combination of 'epoxy zinc-rich primer + polyurethane topcoat', protecting the base metal through the sacrificial anode principle and resisting wind and sand erosion. In salt spray tests, this coating system has withstood a long time without showing red rust, supporting the long-term use of the main structure of the container body.
Internal Functional Zoning and Water and Electricity Renovation: The internal functional zoning of container houses needs to be reasonably planned. For example, kitchens and bathrooms use integrated bathroom technology for waterproof integration, while living and sleeping areas achieve day-night functional switching through furniture variability. In terms of water and electricity renovation, it is necessary to reasonably plan the pipeline layout to ensure electrical safety and water convenience.
