Container House Rain Canopy Fabric

Quản trị 15 tháng 9, 2026

Container house rain canopy fabrics are typically made of thickened, wear-resistant, waterproof, and sun-resistant materials, such as PVC knife-coated fabric, plastic-coated fabric, and silicone fabric, to ensure good protective performance and service life.

Material Selection

  • PVC Knife-Coated Fabric: It features high strength, wear resistance, sun resistance, and rain resistance, making it suitable for long-term outdoor use. It can effectively protect container houses from wind and rain erosion.
  • Plastic-Coated Fabric: With a plastic layer coated on the surface, it enhances waterproof performance while possessing certain wear resistance and aging resistance, making it suitable as a rain canopy fabric for container houses.
  • Silicone Fabric: It has excellent waterproof, sun-resistant, and corrosion-resistant properties, and is soft in texture, easy to fold and carry, making it suitable for scenarios that require frequent movement or temporary use.

Performance Requirements

  • Waterproofness: The rain canopy fabric must have good waterproof performance to effectively block rainwater penetration during rainy days and keep the interior of the container house dry.
  • Sun Resistance: Exposed to sunlight for a long time, the canopy fabric needs to have a sun-resistant coating or the material itself should have UV resistance to reduce internal temperature buildup and protect heat-sensitive materials.
  • Wear Resistance: Since container houses may be in outdoor environments, the canopy fabric needs to have high wear resistance to withstand frequent pulling and the impact of harsh weather.

Usage Recommendations

  • Laying Method: When laying, ensure that the canopy fabric completely covers the container house, with the edges weighted down or secured with ropes to prevent being lifted by strong winds.
  • 搭建方式选择 (Construction Method Selection): It is recommended to adopt a "ridge-type" construction method, with the middle higher and the sides lower, facilitating natural rainwater runoff and preventing water accumulation.
  • Regular Inspection: When covering for a long time, regularly inspect the canopy fabric for damage or mildew, promptly clean surface leaves and dust, and maintain ventilation and dryness.
