Container House Project Plan

Quản trị 15 tháng 9, 2026

The container house project plan needs to comprehensively consider various factors such as design, selection, construction, and compliance. Here are the specific key points of the plan:

I. Design Planning and Functional Adaptation The design of container houses should determine the structural type based on the usage scenario. For example, project departments or construction site command centers are suitable for standard container-style houses (20-foot/40-foot), which support single-container or multi-container assembly. Long-term on-site offices can choose expandable houses, increasing the usable area by 30%-50% by adding side or end expansion modules. Brand exhibitions or cultural and creative parks can adopt customized creative designs, incorporating elements such as glass curtain walls and wood-grain finishes. The spatial layout should focus on functional zoning, such as dividing areas for offices, conference rooms, and dormitories, and optimizing space utilization in small units through staggered stacking and foldable furniture.

II. Material Selection and Performance Assurance Prioritize container houses with all-steel structural frames to ensure wind and earthquake resistance. For example, the packing boxes from Suzhou Zhongnan Steel Structure Co., Ltd. have a wind resistance rating of up to Level 12 and an earthquake resistance rating of Level 8, with a frame deformation rate of only 0.18%, far below the industry's qualified threshold of 0.3%. Wall materials should be rock wool sandwich panels, which meet the needs for fire prevention, sound insulation, and thermal insulation. Windows and doors should use triple-glazed windows or high-quality thermal break aluminum materials to improve thermal insulation performance. The roof should have waterproof and thermal insulation functions to avoid condensation issues.

III. Construction Process and Quality Control Construction should follow standardized procedures:

  1. Foundation Construction: Use concrete independent foundations to prevent moisture and pests, adapting to different terrains (e.g., rural residential land requires approval, while cultivated land/forest land is strictly prohibited for construction).
  2. Main Body Installation: Use lifting equipment to complete container positioning and structural connections, focusing on controlling the verticality of multi-container stacking and the earthquake-resistant and anti-loosening treatment of nodes.
  3. Supporting Works: Water and electricity installations should comply with the "Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Building Electrical Engineering" to ensure reasonable pipeline layout.
  4. Decoration and Finishing: Use environmentally friendly paints and fire-resistant floors internally, and beautify the facade externally through paint spraying or glass curtain walls. The construction period should be strictly controlled. For example, the installation of a single fast-assembly container takes only 2 hours, and 10 standard dormitories can be completed within 1 day.

IV. Compliance and Sustainability The project must comply with local building codes, such as a fire resistance rating of no less than Level II for temporary buildings and an earthquake resistance rating of up to Level 7. Meanwhile, the recyclability of container houses is their core advantage. The reuse of steel structures reduces material waste, and modular assembly reduces construction noise and waste, aligning with green building trends. For long-term usage scenarios, regular inspections of rust prevention treatments and insulation layer conditions are necessary to ensure structural safety and energy efficiency.
