Container House Production Qualifications
The qualifications required for container house production mainly include formal enterprise qualifications, system certifications, and additional certifications for specific scenarios, as detailed below:

I. Formal Enterprise Qualifications Enterprises producing container houses must possess a business license, which is the foundation for legal operation. Additionally, since container houses involve the construction field, enterprises also need to hold relevant construction qualifications, such as specialized contracting qualifications for steel structure engineering, to ensure they have the corresponding design and construction capabilities. Furthermore, priority should be given to enterprises with high-tech enterprise or specialized, refined, and innovative enterprise certifications, as these enterprises typically have stronger R&D capabilities and quality control levels.
II. System Certifications Enterprises need to pass ISO9001 quality management system certification to ensure that product quality meets international standards; ISO14001 environmental management system certification to demonstrate their emphasis on environmental protection during production; and occupational health and safety management system certification to safeguard employee safety and health during production. For export-oriented products, additional international certifications such as CE certification (EU market access certification) and carbon footprint certification are required to meet the compliance requirements of target markets.
III. Certifications for Specific Scenarios If container houses are used in specific scenarios, such as cross-border projects or high-altitude and cold regions, enterprises need to provide additional compliance certificates. For example, the renovation of second-hand containers requires passing the CSC Container Safety Convention Certification; building modules need to be accompanied by factory inspection reports; steel structure construction must comply with national standards such as the "Technical Standard for Modular Integrated Building" (GB/T 51233-2016). Additionally, some projects may require enterprises to provide third-party inspection reports or certificates of conformity (such as VoC certificates) to further verify product performance and safety.
