Container House Production Process

Quản trị 15 tháng 9, 2026

The production process of container houses mainly includes core stages such as design, factory manufacturing, pre-installation and trial assembly, and on-site installation.

1. Design Phase Complete structural design and detailed drawings according to user requirements, specifying house dimensions, functional layout, and material specifications. For example, a 3m×6m residential container requires determining the chassis channel steel model (e.g., 140×50), the square steel specifications for columns and ring beams (e.g., 5×5×2.0), and the materials for wall and roof panels (e.g., 50mm thick purification panels). The design should consider the flexibility of modular disassembly and assembly to adapt to different scenarios.

2. Factory Manufacturing Phase

  • Steel Structure Processing: Cut steel and weld it into frames, including chassis crossbeams, columns, and roof ring beams. For example, the chassis crossbeams use 4×8×2.0 square steel with a spacing of 35 centimeters; columns and ring beams are fully welded to ensure structural strength.
  • Enclosure System Production: Wall and roof panels are processed by compounding and filled with insulation materials (e.g., polyurethane sandwich panels) and then surface-treated. Doors and windows use standardized sizes (e.g., 930×1000 sliding windows), and the doors are specially made color steel plate doors (930×2000).
  • Internal System Integration: Pre-embed water and electricity pipelines, install bathroom fixtures, cabinets, etc., in the factory. Some production lines even complete bathroom waterproofing. For example, concrete MiC production lines can simultaneously integrate bathroom modules, reducing on-site work.

3. Pre-installation and Trial Assembly Complete the pre-installation of doors, windows, electrical, and plumbing systems in the factory and conduct trial assembly by simulating the on-site environment. For example, install lighting fixtures, switch sockets (60 centimeters above the ground), reserve air conditioning holes, and test component compatibility. Trial assembly can identify design defects in advance and ensure on-site installation efficiency.

4. On-site Installation Phase After transporting the prefabricated modules to the project site, quickly assemble them using lifting equipment. For example, a steel structure modular production line can produce 50 modules per day, and on-site assembly can be completed in just 2-3 days. During installation, pay attention to waterproofing, such as using glass curtain wall waterproof glue for roof panels, which has 5-6 times stronger waterproof performance than traditional glue.

5. Quality Control and Acceptance Follow standardized processes during production, such as controlling welding accuracy within 1-2 millimeters and ensuring wall panels meet fire rating standards. Verify structural stability through trial assembly before leaving the factory and conduct special inspections for waterproofing and electrical safety after on-site installation to ensure the house meets usage specifications.
