Complete Guide to Container House Production

Quản trị 15 tháng 9, 2026

Container house production mainly includes steps such as design, material preparation, structural construction, interior decoration, water and electricity installation, waterproofing treatment, and acceptance and commissioning.

  1. Design Phase: Determine the size, layout, and functional areas of the container house according to requirements, and complete the structural design and detailed drawings. The design should consider the load-bearing capacity, stability, and usage scenarios of the house, such as construction site dormitories, homestays, or emergency housing.

  2. Material Preparation: Select appropriate structural steel, such as hot-dip galvanized cold-formed steel, to ensure rust and corrosion resistance. Wall and roof panels are often made of rock wool, glass wool, or polyurethane sandwich panels, which provide both thermal insulation and fire resistance. Flooring materials can include cement fiber boards or steel-wood composite floors, while walls and ceilings can use metal panels or calcium silicate boards.

  3. Structural Construction: Weld the steel structural frame, including the chassis, columns, and roof ring beams. The chassis is usually welded using channel steel or square steel, while the columns and roof ring beams are fully welded with square steel to ensure structural stability. Then, assemble the color-coated steel wall and roof panels to form the basic outline of the house.

  4. Interior Decoration: After the main structure of the house is installed, proceed with interior decoration. This includes laying floor leather, installing lighting fixtures, switches, sockets, and reserving air conditioning holes. Decoration materials should consider environmental friendliness and durability to enhance living comfort.

  5. Water and Electricity Installation: Pre-embed water and electricity pipelines to ensure the house has basic living facilities. Water and electricity installation should comply with relevant safety standards to avoid potential hazards such as electric leakage or water leakage.

  6. Waterproofing Treatment: Apply waterproof sealant at key areas such as the roof panels and windows and doors to prevent rainwater infiltration. The waterproof sealant should be a reliable product, such as glass curtain wall waterproof sealant, to ensure long-term waterproofing effectiveness.

  7. Acceptance and Commissioning: After all processes are completed, conduct trial assembly and acceptance to ensure that components match correctly and function properly. Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the house, including structural stability, water and electricity safety, and decoration quality, to ensure that the house meets design requirements and usage standards.
