Details Diagram of Container House Production
Currently, there are no detailed diagrams of container house production, but a textual description of the production process can be provided:

I. Floor Production Form a wooden frame by adding beams and chairs to the floor made of sawdust board, which serves as the basic supporting structure of the floor. Then, lay glass fiber as the floor insulation material, which can effectively block heat transfer and provide thermal insulation. Next, cover it with a layer of rough floor to provide a flat surface for subsequent floor laying. Apply tile adhesive with anti-freeze and anti-mold functions to the rough floor to bond tiles or floor tiles, ensuring a firm and durable floor laying.
II. Wall Production Nail a vertical member every 40 centimeters on the prepared plywood board. The vertical members serve as supports and dividers. Use cross members to reserve space for windows, ensuring accurate installation positions for subsequent windows. Then, use a large number of steel nails to strengthen the structural strength, making the entire frame more stable. After strengthening, spray adhesive onto the vertical members and bond the plywood to the lower part of the wall structure. After bonding, nail in steel nails to make it permanently firm, thus forming a wall. Use the same process to make the remaining walls, then stand them upright on the floor, allowing the lower part of the outer wall of the plywood to extend beyond the floor for coverage and sealing. Then, use adhesive to bond the walls to the floor and fix them with a large number of steel nails.
III. Ceiling Production Lay a ceiling made of fiberboard and cover it with a layer of plastic film barrier to provide some moisture-proofing and isolation. When installing ceiling joists, the edges must be sloped to facilitate roof drainage and reserve holes for electrical wires. Frame the ceiling structure with end boards and finally lay electrical wires for power supply within the container.
IV. Sound Insulation and Wall Panel Installation Install glass fiber wool between the vertical members to form a sound insulation layer, effectively reducing interference from external noise. Lay a layer of plastic film as a barrier to further enhance sound insulation and moisture-proofing effects. Install smooth wooden panels as wall panels to improve the aesthetics and comfort of the interior of the house. If the container needs to have RV functions, install axles at the bottom, then cover the container structure with plywood. Install line angles made of painted thin steel plates on the upper and lower sides of the container and install relevant components between the upper and lower line angles.
V. Special Structure Treatment There are also treated containers with more cross beams added inside, and the bottom and one side are cut away. The house consists of two floors. The first floor is formed by butting two containers together. Horizontal steel beams are added to the bottom of the containers to provide load-bearing and support functions. Ultra-strong adhesive is used to bond and reinforce the gaps in the middle at the top, and the adhesive needs to be applied three times repeatedly to prevent rain leakage and water seepage.
VI. Thermal Insulation and Installation In winter, since containers are essentially made of iron sheets and lack the cold resistance of reinforced concrete, 10cm-thick polyurethane insulation boards with thermal insulation and fire resistance properties should be added to the exterior walls. Fire-resistant raw materials are added during manufacturing. Manufacturers will prepare the positions of windows and doors in advance. During installation, they are stacked layer by layer like building blocks, and the production can be completed in as little as three to five days or up to a week.
