Container House Price Customization

Quản trị 15 tháng 9, 2026

The customized price of container houses varies due to multiple factors, and a unified price cannot be directly provided. It needs to be determined through negotiation with suppliers based on specific requirements.

I. Price Range

From the market perspective, the price range of container houses is quite wide. For example, the simple box-type mobile homes from Guangdong Changting Integrated Housing Co., Ltd. are as cheap as 70 yuan per set; while some products with more complex functions and higher configurations, such as the container shop office assembled garages from Suzhou Gansu Integrated Housing Technology Co., Ltd., can cost up to 3040 yuan. Additionally, there are cases where the price is negotiable, which usually means that the price will be determined based on specific customization requirements, such as size, material, configuration, etc.

II. Factors Affecting Price

  1. Size and Specifications: Different sizes of container houses have varying material usage and manufacturing difficulties, resulting in significant price differences. For example, standard boxes measuring 6 meters in length, 3 meters in width, and 2.7 meters in height (one floor) and non-standard boxes customized according to drawings often have higher prices for non-standard customization.
  2. Material: The material has a significant impact on the price. Color steel plate material is relatively common and has a more affordable price; while some materials with special properties or higher fire resistance, thermal insulation, and sound insulation performance will increase housing costs and lead to price increases.
  3. Configuration: The internal configuration of the house is also an important factor affecting the price. Whether it is equipped with basic facilities such as doors, windows, sockets, lights, air conditioners, and floors, as well as the quality level of the configuration, will all result in different prices.
  4. Customization Requirements: If customers have special customization requirements, such as unique shapes or specific functional partitions, this requires suppliers to invest more manpower, material resources, and time in design and manufacturing, resulting in a corresponding increase in price.
