Power Supply Wiring Diagram for Container Houses
Quản trị 17 tháng 9, 2026
Currently, there is no specific information directly targeting the power supply wiring diagram for container houses, but general ideas and precautions for the wiring of distribution boxes can be provided for reference.

General Ideas for Distribution Box Wiring
- Determine the Power Supply Introduction: For container houses, the power supply usually comes from an external power grid. First, clarify the specifications of the introduced power supply, such as the voltage level (commonly 220V or 380V) and the number of phases (single-phase or three-phase). Generally, a main distribution box is set up near the container house to connect the external power supply to this main distribution box.
- Internal Wiring of the Main Distribution Box: The main distribution box generally contains an incoming line switch, a metering device (such as an electricity meter), etc. The incoming line switch is used to control the power on/off of the entire container house, and its rated current should be selected according to the total electrical load of the house. The metering device is used to record the electricity consumption. When wiring, connect the live wire, neutral wire, and ground wire of the external power supply to the corresponding terminals of the incoming line switch respectively. Then, connect wires from the outgoing terminals of the incoming line switch to the metering device. Finally, connect wires from the metering device as the power supply for subsequent branch circuits.
- Branch Circuit Wiring: Multiple branch circuits are led out from the main distribution box to supply power to different areas or equipment within the container house. Each branch circuit should be equipped with an appropriate circuit breaker, and the rated current of the circuit breaker should be selected according to the rated current of the connected equipment. For example, a circuit breaker with a relatively small rated current can be selected for lighting circuits, while a circuit breaker with a relatively large rated current should be selected for high-power equipment such as air conditioners. Connect the live wire and neutral wire of the branch circuit to the incoming terminals of the circuit breaker respectively, and connect the outgoing terminals to the corresponding electrical equipment or sockets.
Precautions
- Safety First: Before performing wiring operations, be sure to cut off the power supply and use a voltage tester to confirm that there is no electricity before proceeding. Wear insulating gloves during wiring to prevent electric shock accidents.
- Follow the Specifications: Wire strictly in accordance with electrical installation specifications to ensure that the wiring is firm and the contact is good. Avoid loose connections, which can lead to safety hazards such as overheating and arcing.
- Grounding Protection: Container houses must have proper grounding protection. Connect the grounding terminal of the distribution box reliably to the grounding device of the house. The grounding device can be made of angle steel or steel pipe driven into the ground, and the grounding resistance should meet relevant standard requirements to prevent electric shock to personnel and damage to equipment.
