Container House Operation Procedures

Quản trị 17 tháng 9, 2026

The operation procedures for container houses cover the entire process of design, construction, installation, use, and maintenance, and the following key points must be strictly followed:

I. Design Phase

  1. Functional and Safety Design: It is necessary to comprehensively plan the spatial layout, ventilation and lighting, electrical and water systems to ensure complete functionality and compliance with safety standards.
  2. Environmental Adaptability: Design wind-resistant and waterproof structures according to the geographical environment to adapt to different climatic conditions.
  3. Load Limits: Clearly specify that the live load on the ground is 2KN/m² (200Kg/m²) and on the roof is 0.5KN/m² (50Kg/m²). Overloading or stacking debris on the roof is strictly prohibited.

II. Construction Phase

  1. Pre-construction Preparations
    • Personnel must undergo professional training, and special operation personnel (such as crane operators and electricians) must hold relevant certificates.
    • Prepare a construction plan and implement it after approval. Ensure that the site is flat and solid, and there are no dangerous sources such as high-voltage lines and flammable and explosive materials nearby; Stop outdoor operations in case of strong winds above force 6 or heavy rain.
    • Check the material qualification certificates. Mechanical equipment (such as cranes and welding machines) must undergo trial runs to confirm safety. Construction personnel must wear safety helmets, safety belts, and other protective equipment.
  2. Key Safety Points in Construction Procedures
    • The foundation treatment must be carried out according to the design requirements, and the upper structure can be installed after acceptance.
    • Before lifting operations, clear the area and set up warning lines. Check the firmness of the lifting points and the position of the center of gravity.
    • Pay attention to the tightness and stability of walls, roofs, doors, and windows during assembly to prevent structural loosening.

III. Installation and Use Phase

  1. Electrical Safety: The rated voltage of the equipment is 220V, and the maximum load is 4500W. Unauthorized modification of the circuit is strictly prohibited. The specification of the main power line entering the house is 6 square, the air-conditioning line is 4 square, and the socket line is 2.5 square.
  2. Water System Safety: The inlet water pressure should be ≤0.35Mpa. If the pressure is too high, a pressure-reducing valve should be installed. Heating should not be interrupted in winter; otherwise, hot water should be drained to prevent pipe freezing and cracking.
  3. Daily Use: Remove snow from the roof when it reaches 20cm in a timely manner, and regularly clean the downspouts. It is not advisable to open the casement windows in rainy, snowy weather or when the wind force is above force 4, and all windows should be closed when the wind force is above force 6.

IV. Maintenance Phase

  1. Regularly check the structural stability, electrical system, and water facilities, and promptly replace damaged parts.
  2. Curtain wall inspection and cleaning should be carried out in good weather with a wind force of ≤4. Operations in low-temperature or snowy weather are prohibited.
  3. Unauthorized modification of the box structure, enclosure structure, or water and electricity facilities is strictly prohibited, and the storage of flammable and explosive materials is prohibited.

V. Safety Prohibitions

  1. It is prohibited to drill holes or drive nails into the wall panels. Magnetic hooks or vacuum hooks should be used for hanging items.
  2. Open-flame heating, unauthorized electrical connections, or the use of high-power electric heating appliances are prohibited indoors.
  3. The original designed use function should not be changed without consent to avoid affecting the service life of the house.
