Container House Baidu

Quản trị 15 tháng 9, 2026

A container house is a building form that disassembles a complete house into standardized modules, completes the construction process in a factory, and then transports it to the destination for rapid assembly, featuring high efficiency, flexibility, and environmental protection.

Construction Mode: Container houses adopt a modular construction mode, dividing the entire building into independent house modules. All processes, including the main structure, water and electricity pipelines, bathroom waterproofing, bathroom fixtures, cabinets, and wardrobes, are completed inside the factory. The modules are then transported to the project site and assembled like building blocks. This mode changes the traditional construction logic of building brick by brick on-site, adopting a parallel operation mode where multiple processes are carried out simultaneously, greatly shortening the construction cycle.

Advantages and Characteristics:

  • Efficient Construction: Factory assembly-line production improves construction efficiency. For example, China's first steel-structure modular intelligent production line can produce up to 50 modules per day, with a production capacity ten times that of similar factories in North America.
  • Flexible and Versatile: Container houses can be customized and assembled according to the needs of different scenarios, suitable for diverse applications such as engineering camps, mobile commerce, cultural and tourism accommodation, and emergency support.
  • Environmentally Friendly and Low-Carbon: They support multiple disassemblies and reuses, reducing construction waste emissions by about 90% and achieving higher resource utilization, aligning with policies promoting green construction.
  • Stable Quality: Factory production ensures manufacturing precision is stably controlled between 1 and 2 millimeters, and the houses undergo strict quality inspections and certifications to ensure their quality and safety.

Market Applications: Container houses are widely used in both domestic and international markets. In the domestic market, procurement sectors such as engineering camps, cultural tourism, and emergency response are increasingly focusing on the reusability, cross-border compliance, and low-carbon attributes of relocatable container houses. In the international market, China's modular buildings are going global with a new construction mode, with export data continuing to rise.
