What are the materials for container houses

Quản trị 16 tháng 9, 2026

The materials for container houses mainly include several categories: wall panel materials, frame materials, floor and ceiling materials, and accessory materials.

  1. Wall Panel Materials:

    • The inner and outer sides of the wall panels often use orange-peel-patterned color-coated steel composite panels. These panels are formed with a special embossing process that creates subtle concave-convex structures, effectively dispersing the flow path of rainwater and preventing rust caused by water accumulation.
    • Different materials can be filled between the wall panels, such as EPS (expanded polystyrene foam), PU (polyurethane foam), and Class A fire-resistant rock wool. Among them, Class A fire-resistant rock wool is widely used due to its non-combustibility, non-toxicity, and significant enhancement of the wall panel's compressive strength.
  2. Frame Materials:

    • The overall frame of container houses often uses hot-dip galvanized square tubes. These materials form a high-strength composite structure through the metallurgical bonding of a zinc alloy coating with steel, effectively withstanding stacking loads and extreme weather impacts.
    • At the frame joints, standard square tubes use full-welding processes to enhance the longitudinal rigidity of the container body. Additionally, the hinges and axles of folding containers are key components, with hinges using hot-dip galvanizing and axles made of stainless steel to ensure wear resistance and deformation resistance.
  3. Floor and Ceiling Materials:

    • The floors and ceilings often use Class A fire-resistant magnesium oxide boards. These boards, primarily made of magnesium oxide cement and glass fibers, have extremely high fire resistance and smoke toxicity ratings, strong load-bearing capacity, and are waterproof and moisture-proof.
  4. Accessory Materials:

    • These include aluminum alloy doors and windows, glass, and plastic products (such as plastic pipes and plastic sheets). Aluminum alloy doors and windows are lightweight, aesthetically pleasing, and corrosion-resistant; glass increases lighting and visibility; plastic products are widely used due to their lightweight nature, ease of processing, and affordability.

The selection and combination of these materials enable container houses to perform excellently in terms of thermal insulation, sound insulation, fire resistance, and corrosion resistance, meeting the usage requirements of different occasions and needs.
