Container House Leisure Design
Container house leisure design has numerous highlights, which are introduced below from the aspects of design concept, space utilization, appearance style, and functional expansion:

Design concept: Container house leisure design adheres to the concepts of modularity, rapid construction, and cost control. Taking the youth entrepreneurship space project under the Chuncheon subway bridge as an example, by utilizing the modular characteristics of containers, creative combination layouts are carried out within a limited budget. This not only meets the needs of young entrepreneurs but also connects with the city's public cultural life, giving new vitality and value to urban corners.
Space utilization: The unique shape of containers brings advantages to space design. A coffee space built with two 8-foot × 8-foot × 20-foot containers has an open service area and sales point at the front, storage space at the back, and is also equipped with an accessible restroom. The interior space is fully utilized, creating a comfortable and cozy atmosphere within a limited volume. At the same time, containers can be built independently as single floors or combined in double or multiple layers. For example, a huge black container building up to four floors high and assembled from 16 containers creates an amazing spatial scale through a crisscross combination.
Appearance style: Container houses have a high degree of freedom in exterior design. Customized coatings, special shapes, ambient lighting, and observation decks can be designed according to commercial themes, cultural and tourism styles, and brand tones to create differentiated scenes such as trendy internet-famous styles, literary and retro styles, and simple and light luxury styles. For example, the Apple Pod container homestay adopts a curved or rounded exterior design, which is different from traditional square containers, enhancing visual affinity and optimizing wind resistance and drainage performance.
Functional expansion: Container houses have diverse functions and can serve multiple purposes in one unit. They can be planned as various business formats according to needs, such as container coffee shops, milk tea shops, cultural and creative stores, snack stalls, retail stores, leisure stations, and offices. In addition to serving as a home studio, the huge black container building also extends into a café and event space, which can be rented out for holding parties, exhibitions, and gatherings.
