Container House Leakage
Leakage in container houses requires targeted repair measures based on specific causes.

Common causes and repair methods are as follows:
Loose or aged fasteners: During installation and use of container houses, stepping on the roof may cause fasteners to loosen, and combined with aged waterproof pads, leakage can occur. During repair, all fasteners should be inspected, re-tightened, and aged waterproof pads should be replaced.
Unqualified or improperly handled waterproof materials: If unqualified waterproof materials are selected during construction or the waterproofing treatment is unreasonable, leakage problems are likely to arise as the container house ages. Qualified waterproof materials should be selected, and waterproofing treatment should be carried out strictly in accordance with specifications. If necessary, the waterproof layer should be redone.
Poorly treated cracks around openings: When installing fans, exhaust pipes, etc., by making openings in the roof panels of mobile houses, if the waterproofing treatment of the surrounding cracks is not good, or if the roof panels deform due to external conditions, wind loads, snow loads, thermal expansion and contraction, etc., causing the cracks at the joints to expand, the original waterproofing treatment will be damaged, leading to leakage. For the areas around openings, ensure proper waterproofing treatment, use appropriate sealing materials to fill the cracks, and strengthen inspection and maintenance.
Gutter problems: If the gutter of a mobile house has no horizontal slope, the outlet design is unreasonable, or the gutter's anti-corrosion treatment is inadequate, leading to rust, erosion, and blockage of the outlet by debris, etc., when it rains heavily, the accumulated water in the gutter cannot be discharged, resulting in leakage or backflow. The slope of the gutter should be adjusted, the outlet should be reasonably designed, the anti-corrosion treatment of the gutter should be strengthened, and debris at the outlet should be cleared in a timely manner.
Also note during repair: Conduct a comprehensive inspection before repair to determine the leakage points and causes; carry out the repair process strictly in accordance with specifications to ensure repair quality; conduct a closed-water test and other inspections after repair to ensure no further leakage occurs.
