Container House Introduction
Quản trị 15 tháng 9, 2026
A container house is a movable and reusable prefabricated building that uses containers as basic modular units. Through industrial manufacturing methods, its structural construction and interior decoration are completed, and it can be quickly assembled on-site into various styles of housing structures according to different purposes and functions.

Main Advantages:
- Flexibility and Versatility: Container houses adopt a modular design, allowing for free combination and modification according to needs, adapting to different construction scenarios such as temporary offices, accommodations, shops, and cafes.
- Rapid Construction and Low-Carbon Environmental Protection: Factory prefabrication enables on-site installation to only require hoisting and joint treatment. Construction time is at least 40% shorter than that of traditional brick-and-mortar buildings, with zero on-site pollution, less construction waste, and recyclable materials.
- High Strength and Durability: The steel structure design provides strong earthquake and deformation resistance. Under extreme conditions (such as a Category 12 typhoon or a Category 8 earthquake), it can still maintain structural stability, with a service life of 20-30 years (with regular maintenance and in a suitable environment).
- High Mobility: It can be relocated as a whole without damaging the house structure during the migration process, suitable for places that require frequent relocation, such as construction sites and field operations.
- Economy: The cost is much lower than that of traditional brick-and-mortar houses or renting office buildings and shops. After a one-time investment, it can be reused, offering high cost-effectiveness in the long run.
Main Disadvantages:
- Significant Variation in Thermal Insulation Performance: Low-end products have poor thermal insulation effects. It is necessary to choose products from reliable manufacturers, which usually come at a higher price.
- Possible Insufficient Sound Insulation: Metal materials have good sound transmission properties, and additional sound insulation treatment may be required.
- High Requirements for Ground Foundation: A uniform load-bearing foundation is required; otherwise, it may lead to uneven settlement of the container, causing problems such as door and window deformation and wall cracks.
