Container House Interior Cleaning

Quản trị 16 tháng 9, 2026

The interior cleaning of container houses should be carried out step by step according to daily cleaning, deep cleaning, facility maintenance, and special issue handling. The specific methods are as follows:

I. Daily Cleaning (1-2 times a week)

  1. Floor Cleaning
    • Tiles/Floors: Use a neutral cleaner (such as diluted dishwashing detergent) to mop the floor, avoiding strong acids and alkalis that can corrode the surface; clean dust from corners and crevices with a small brush to prevent insect infestation.
    • Carpets: Use a vacuum cleaner to remove dust, treat local stains with a specialized cleaner, and regularly air-dry to prevent mold.
  2. Walls and Ceilings
    • Metal/PVC walls: Wipe off dust with a damp cloth, and gently scrub stubborn stains with alcohol or a specialized cleaner to avoid scratching; wooden walls need regular dusting and should be kept dry to prevent deformation or mold.
    • Ceilings: Use a telescopic dusting brush to clean the gaps in the ceiling and check for signs of water leakage.
  3. Doors, Windows, and Ventilation Systems
    • Door and window tracks: Clean sand and dust with a small brush and apply a small amount of lubricant to keep sliding smooth; remove window screens and gently brush them with a soft brush or use a vacuum cleaner to absorb dust.
    • Ventilation openings: Check if the filter is clogged and clean or replace the removable filter monthly.

II. Deep Cleaning (Once a month)

  1. Kitchen Area
    • Inside cabinets: After emptying the items, wipe the cabinet body with a damp cloth and check for insect infestation or mold; clean the surfaces of electrical appliances (such as refrigerators and microwaves) after unplugging them. Use baking soda water to deodorize the refrigerator and heat a bowl of water in the microwave to soften stains before wiping.
    • Sinks and drainage pipes: Rinse with a mixture of white vinegar and baking soda to remove odors and blockages.
  2. Bathroom Area
    • Toilets: Use a specialized toilet cleaner to clean and avoid corroding metal parts; for shower glass doors, spray with a glass cleaner and then scrape dry. Remove the filter from the floor drain to clean hair and pour hot water and baking soda to unclog the pipe.
    • Exhaust fans: Unplug and remove the fan blades after powering off, clean the dust with a toothbrush, and ensure a tight seal when reinstalling.
  3. Furniture and Soft Furnishings
    • Sofas/Mattresses: Rotate them regularly for use, clean them with a螨虫 (mite) remover, and air-dry them in the sun for sterilization; check the labels on curtains/bedding before machine washing and dry them at high temperatures to kill mites.

III. Facility Maintenance (Carry out quarterly/annually)

  1. Electrical System
    • Circuit inspection: After turning off the main switch, check if the sockets and switches are loose and use a voltage tester to check for leakage; replace aging light bulbs and clean the dust from lampshades.
    • Air conditioners/Heaters: Clean the filter once a month, check the refrigerant pressure before winter use; clean the surrounding debris from the outdoor unit to ensure good ventilation.
  2. Pipe System
    • Water pipes: Check if the joints are leaking and wrap insulation around them before winter to prevent freezing and cracking; pour a pipe unclogging agent into the sewer every quarter to prevent blockages.
  3. Structural Inspection
    • Container shell: Check if the welds are cracked and paint anti-rust paint to protect the metal surface; replace aging and hardened door and window seals to prevent air and water leakage.

IV. Special Issue Handling

  1. Mold Treatment: Dilute 84 disinfectant and wipe walls/ceilings, and keep them well-ventilated and dry; for small areas of mold on furniture, wipe with alcohol, and for large areas, replace the boards.
  2. Odor Removal: Place lemon slices or coffee grounds in the kitchen to absorb odors, and use activated carbon packs or automatic air fresheners in the bathroom.
  3. Pest Control: Seal gaps around doors, windows, and pipes with silicone, and regularly use professional agents for extermination.

Precautions: Avoid water from seeping into the joints and electrical equipment during cleaning, and open windows for ventilation to ensure dryness after cleaning; when using a high-pressure water gun, maintain a safe distance (at least 30 centimeters), and do not use a damp cloth or water directly to wash electrical equipment.
