Container House Insulation Modification

Quản trị 15 tháng 9, 2026

Insulation modification of container houses can be achieved through measures such as selecting appropriate insulation materials, optimizing structural design, enhancing airtightness, and adding temperature control equipment. Details are as follows:

Insulation material selection: For exterior wall insulation, materials such as EPS (expanded polystyrene) boards, rock wool boards, polyurethane boards, silicate wool, or foam polystyrene boards can be chosen. These materials have low thermal conductivity and can effectively prevent heat loss. For interior wall insulation, closed-cell insulation methods can be adopted, using materials like rock wool and expanded perlite boards. Alternatively, plastering, clay walls, or wooden boards can be used for spray-on insulation. For example, residential container houses use an outer layer of anti-corrosion color-coated steel sheets to reflect sunlight, a middle layer of over 50mm polyurethane foam to block heat conduction, and an inner layer of fire-resistant gypsum board + moisture-proof film to jointly control humidity and stabilize temperature, achieving good insulation effects.

Structural design optimization: Designing insulation structures at connection points and corners, isolating the installation positions of doors and windows, and filling gaps can reduce indoor temperature loss. For instance, adopting a staggered-floor design, where upper and lower floors are stacked in a staggered manner, can create richer spatial layers, improve ventilation and lighting, and also contribute to insulation.

Enhancing airtightness: Ensuring good airtightness of windows and doors can effectively prevent cold air from entering the interior. Double-glazed aluminum doors and windows with thermal breaks can be selected, and sealing strips can be installed at the edges to reduce heat leakage.

Adding temperature control equipment: Equipping with heating facilities such as electric heaters, air conditioners, and graphene floor heating can raise the indoor temperature. At the same time, adjustable sunshade canopies and bottom ventilation slots can be installed to prevent sun exposure in summer and keep the interior cool.

Other detail handling: At the joints and connections of insulation materials, appropriate sealing materials should be used for sealing. At the junctions between the insulation layer and the container structure, professional construction methods and materials should be adopted to ensure airtightness and structural stability.
