Currently, we cannot directly provide images of insulation boards for container houses, but we can provide you with a detailed introduction to their types, characteristics, and selection criteria.

Insulation boards for container houses are key materials used in the walls, roofs, and other parts of container houses to provide thermal insulation. Common types include Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) boards, Extruded Polystyrene (XPS) boards, Polyurethane (PU) boards, and rock wool boards.

Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) Boards: These are made primarily from polystyrene resin, which is foamed with a blowing agent to create a material with countless closed micro-pores inside. They offer advantages such as light weight, low cost, low thermal conductivity, and low water absorption. However, they have relatively low strength and are prone to aging under ultraviolet light. They are generally used in container house projects where thermal insulation requirements are not particularly high and budgets are limited.

Extruded Polystyrene (XPS) Boards: These are manufactured from polystyrene resin and additives through an extrusion process, resulting in a continuous, uniform surface layer and a closed-cell honeycomb structure. They have high compressive strength, strong resistance to water vapor penetration, and stable thermal insulation performance. They are suitable for container houses that require both thermal insulation and structural strength, such as long-term residential container houses.

Polyurethane (PU) Boards: These are composite panels with polyurethane rigid foam as the main material and different materials attached to both sides. They offer excellent thermal insulation performance, good waterproofing, and strong adhesion. They can also be customized to different thicknesses and specifications according to needs. They are commonly used in high-end container houses with high requirements for thermal insulation and sealing, such as mobile laboratories and temporary command centers.

Rock Wool Boards: These are made primarily from basalt and other natural ores, which are melted at high temperatures to form fibers and then solidified with an appropriate amount of binder. They offer good fire resistance, sound absorption and noise reduction, and strong chemical stability. Although their thermal insulation performance is slightly weaker than the previous types, they are highly safe and suitable for container houses with strict fire safety requirements, such as warehouses storing flammable and explosive materials.

When selecting insulation boards for container houses, it is necessary to comprehensively consider factors such as thermal insulation performance, strength, fire resistance, and cost, and make reasonable choices based on the specific use and environment of the container house.
