Container House Glass Door

Quản trị 15 tháng 9, 2026

The glass door of a container house typically uses aluminum alloy material paired with double-glazed glass. The standard size is 800 millimeters wide and 2000 millimeters high, but larger sizes or special designs can also be customized according to needs.

1. Material and Structural Features

The glass door of a container house uses aluminum alloy as the main frame material, with advantages such as lightweight, strong corrosion resistance, and good thermal insulation. The glass part generally adopts a double-glazed structure, such as the 5+12A+5 combination (5 mm glass + 12 mm air gap + 5 mm glass). The outer glass may be coated to enhance thermal insulation. This design meets lighting needs while effectively controlling heat exchange between indoors and outdoors, improving living comfort. Some high-end products use thermal break aluminum profiles, which further optimize energy efficiency by interrupting heat conduction paths with thermal insulation strips.

2. Size Specifications and Customization

The standard glass door for container houses is primarily a single door, measuring 800 millimeters wide and 2000 millimeters high, suitable for daily entry and exit. For moving large equipment or furniture, a double door design can be chosen, with a standard size of 1600 millimeters wide and 2000 millimeters high. Additionally, depending on the usage scenario (such as commercial displays or scenic rooms) or space constraints, the glass door can be customized into arched, folding, or motorized sensor types, with flexible size adjustments. For example, some cases use full-height glass doors or windows, combined with the modular structure of container houses, to maximize the view and create a sense of spaciousness.

3. Functionality and Safety

The design of the glass door must balance ventilation, lighting, and safety. The combination of an aluminum alloy frame and double-glazed glass effectively reduces noise while achieving airtight and watertight performance through sealing strips. In terms of safety, the glass may use tempered or laminated processes to prevent injury from breakage; the frame structure must be securely connected to the main body of the container house to avoid deformation or detachment due to external forces. Some projects also add anti-theft locks or motorized curtains to the glass doors, enhancing privacy protection and ease of use.
