Container House Gantry Crane Video

Quản trị 17 tháng 9, 2026

Currently, there is no publicly available video material directly targeting container house gantry cranes, but the basic operating principles can be understood through videos of mobile gantry cranes in work scenarios. The application of container house gantry cranes requires design adjustments based on specific scenarios.

1. Relevance of Mobile Gantry Cranes to Container House Scenarios

In existing publicly available videos, mobile gantry cranes are mostly used in construction sites, logistics warehouses, and other scenarios. Their core function is to lift heavy objects through track or wheeled movement. If applied in the field of container houses, targeted designs for the crane's lifting appliances, lifting heights, and spans are required. For example, container house modules typically weigh several tons, necessitating high-strength steel wire ropes and anti-sway devices; the lifting height needs to cover the stacking requirements of multi-story houses; and the span must match the width of the house modules to avoid collisions.

2. Key Technical Requirements for Container House Gantry Cranes

  • Precision Positioning System: Container house modules require precise docking, so gantry cranes need to be equipped with laser positioning or visual recognition technology to ensure lifting errors are less than 5 millimeters.
  • Modular Lifting Appliances: For container houses of different sizes (such as 20-foot, 40-foot standard containers, or irregularly shaped containers), replaceable lifting appliances need to be designed to secure the modules with quick-clamping devices.
  • Wind Resistance Stability: For outdoor operations, gantry cranes need to be equipped with wind speed sensors. When the wind speed exceeds the safety threshold (usually 10 m/s), operations should automatically stop, and stability should be enhanced through counterweights or ground anchors.

3. Alternative Solutions for Video Resources

To intuitively understand the operating procedures, the following two types of videos can be referred to:

  • Construction Site Gantry Crane Videos: These show the basic actions of heavy object lifting, movement, and positioning. Although not specific to container houses, they can help understand the core logic of gantry cranes.
  • Modular Building Lifting Videos: Some videos record the lifting process of prefabricated building modules. Although car cranes or tower cranes are used, the module fixing and docking techniques can be learned from them.

4. Precautions in Practical Applications

Container house gantry cranes must strictly comply with the "Safety Regulations for Lifting Appliances." Operators must be certified and regularly inspect key components such as wire rope wear and track flatness. In addition, obstacles on the site should be cleared before lifting to ensure that the gantry crane's movement path is unobstructed, avoiding tipping or collision accidents.
