Container House Foundation Schedule

Quản trị 17 tháng 9, 2026

The foundation schedule for container houses varies depending on the project type, as detailed below:

Large-scale engineering projects:

  • Preliminary planning: The total demand must be clarified and divided according to functional priorities. The delivery nodes for the first batch of essential units (such as workers' dormitories, canteens, and project office spaces) must be locked in, while the delivery of supplementary units (such as bathrooms, warehouses, and activity rooms) can be postponed by 1-2 weeks. Using BIM + container simulation technology, the stacking order and lifting path can be planned in advance.
  • Production side: Sign a phased delivery agreement with the factory, such as delivering 300 containers per month, completing 1,200 units in 4 batches, and reserving 10% spare production capacity. By advancing the pre-assembly process, the installation time per container can be reduced to within 2 hours, and the production cycle can be shortened from the conventional 60 days to 45 days.
  • Transportation: Set up a temporary distribution yard around the project site, adopt a 'mainline transportation + short-distance transfer' model, plan the vehicle entry routes in advance, ensure that each vehicle completes unloading within 30 minutes of arrival, and achieve an average daily unloading efficiency of 50 containers.
  • On-site installation: Use prefabricated concrete block foundations to achieve zero waiting time between foundation laying and lifting, shortening the construction cycle.

Commercial container projects:

  • Simple mobile shops (20-foot standard containers with basic decoration): The total cycle is approximately 2-3 weeks, including 1-2 days for design confirmation, 7-10 days for factory production, and 5-7 days for transportation and installation.
  • Highly customized commercial street shops (40-foot combined containers with exterior facades and interior decoration): The total cycle is approximately 4-6 weeks, including 2-3 weeks for design and approval, 15-20 days for factory production, and 10-15 days for on-site installation and decoration.
  • Modular office containers (including bathrooms and air conditioning systems): The total cycle is approximately 3-5 weeks, including 10-15 days for factory production and 10-14 days for installation and system commissioning.

Local customized container activity rooms (taking Guangdong Aishang Guizu Integrated Housing as an example):

  • Preliminary communication and design: 1-5 days. After the customer proposes their needs, the design/sales team communicates and provides a plan and quotation, which are then finalized through negotiation.
  • Material procurement and preparation: 3-7 days. Precise procurement is carried out according to the order requirements, and special or imported materials may require additional time.
  • Production and manufacturing: 10-25 days, including steps such as cutting and welding, wall/ceiling panel installation, and door/window installation. The complexity of the decoration and the choice of materials affect the time.
  • Quality inspection and commissioning: 2-3 days for strict quality inspection and basic commissioning.
  • Transportation and on-site installation: 1-3 days. Due to the short transportation distance of local manufacturers, on-site installation includes tasks such as lifting the containers into place.

Standardized products: The常规 (conventional) schedule does not exceed 7 days, and the schedule for large-scale customized orders of thousands of units is transparent and traceable.
