Container House Fire and Theft Prevention
Quản trị 15 tháng 9, 2026
Container houses can achieve fire prevention by selecting compliant materials and equipping with fire prevention facilities, and achieve theft prevention by reinforcing the structure, installing anti-theft facilities, and setting up a monitoring system.

Fire Prevention Measures
- Select Compliant Materials: National standards require that the fire rating of container mobile homes be at least B1. Products from compliant manufacturers are mostly filled with A-grade fireproof materials such as rock wool boards and fireproof cotton, which can effectively delay the spread of fire and buy time for escape. In contrast, unbranded products often use flammable materials like polystyrene and polyurethane foam, with a fire rating of only C. Once a fire breaks out, it spreads rapidly, causing serious casualties and property damage.
- Equip with Fire Prevention Facilities: The house should be equipped with emergency evacuation facilities, such as safe passageways and evacuation signs, to ensure that people can evacuate quickly in the event of a fire. At the same time, when setting up heating stoves and other equipment in the activity room, fire prevention equipment such as fire extinguishers and fire hydrants must be installed to deal with sudden fires.
- Standardize Fire and Electricity Use: Any open flame activities such as welding should be kept away from container houses. When engaging in activities around the house, try to reduce barbecuing and setting off fireworks. Wires and cables should be protected with sleeves, and sockets and switch boxes should be made of metal galvanized boxes and installed openly to prevent fires caused by electrical faults.
Theft Prevention Measures
- Reinforce the House Structure: Container houses are made of high-quality steel and use welding techniques to ensure structural stability. At the same time, they are equipped with windproof and earthquake-resistant safety facilities to enhance the overall safety of the house and prevent criminals from breaking into the house by damaging the structure.
- Install Anti-theft Facilities: Choose doors and windows with good anti-theft performance, such as steel anti-theft doors. Their surfaces are treated with a color matching process, and the steel plates are chemically treated and electrostatically sprayed, making them sturdy and durable. The doors and windows can be equipped with high-quality locks to increase the difficulty of theft.
- Set Up a Security Monitoring System: Install surveillance cameras around the house to monitor the surrounding environment in real-time and detect suspicious persons and abnormal situations in a timely manner. At the same time, equip with an emergency alarm system. In the event of a theft or other emergency, it can quickly sound the alarm and notify relevant personnel.
