Container Houses for Field Training

Quản trị 16 tháng 9, 2026

Container houses have various application forms in field training, including demountable barracks, mobile camping houses, camouflage shelters, and container houses in the 'public property warehouse'. Their characteristics cover rapid deployment, functional integration, strong environmental adaptability, and reusability.

Demountable barracks, as a major innovation project of the army, adopt the 'box-type steel structure integration' technology and are composed of container modules and walkway modules. Their core advantages lie in rapid disassembly and assembly and flexible combination: Four operators can complete the installation of a single module in an average of 30 minutes, and the modules can be disassembled and reassembled multiple times. They can be combined into houses of different floors and sizes according to needs. The interior is equipped with complete water and electricity facilities and has fixed building functions such as earthquake resistance, fire prevention, sound insulation, and heat insulation. For special environments such as border and coastal defense, dovetail-joint steel structures and self-powered insulation models have been developed, significantly improving adaptability in extreme environments.

Mobile camping houses are based on container-type or combined structures and integrate functions such as accommodation, office work, and warehousing. Their design focuses on structural strength and climate adaptability: The steel frame welded main body, combined with insulated sandwich panel walls, ensures load-bearing strength and thermal insulation performance, enabling adaptation to different climatic conditions. Lifting points or forklift slots are set at the bottom of the container body for easy and rapid handling and relocation. The interior space layout is flexible and can be divided into functional areas according to needs. Some models have reserved water and electricity pipeline interfaces, and customized models such as standard, thickened insulation, explosion-proof, and野外 kitchen (field kitchen), shower room, and toilet have been developed to meet diverse training needs.

Camouflage shelters enhance concealment through overall camouflage painting. They have a sturdy structure and possess wind and earthquake resistance, dust and water resistance, and weather and cold resistance properties. Their functions are highly integrated and can support scenarios such as command and office work, equipment storage, accommodation support, and communication and measurement and control. They can be deployed rapidly and support non-standard size and function customization, becoming efficient and flexible support units in field training.

Container houses in the 'public property warehouse' are an innovative practice in the army's service support mechanism. Since the pilot construction in 2022, in scenarios such as plateau training grounds, troops can directly obtain container houses and other materials from the 'public property warehouse' upon arrival, significantly reducing material transportation volume and camp construction time, improving support efficiency, and providing strong support for rapid response and mobile deployment.
