Container House Exterior Wall System

Quản trị 16 tháng 9, 2026

The exterior wall systems of container houses mainly include glass curtain wall systems, thermal insulation and decorative integrated panel systems, and other common exterior wall systems.

Glass Curtain Wall System: On one or multiple sides, or even all the peripheral enclosure structures of the container module, a frame-supported glass panel system is used to replace traditional solid wall panels. The glass is usually hollow tempered glass, which combines safety, thermal insulation, and sound insulation properties. The frame of the curtain wall and the main steel structure of the container need to be precisely designed and connected to ensure excellent airtightness, water tightness, and structural safety. This system can introduce sufficient natural light, provide an open outdoor view, and improve the quality of the internal space environment and psychological feelings. Its appearance is modern, transparent, and stylish, visually lighter, and can better blend into urban environments or natural landscapes, making it more attractive for exhibition, office, and commercial uses.

Thermal Insulation and Decorative Integrated Panel System: This is a new type of building material that integrates thermal insulation, decoration, and protection functions. It uses thermal insulation core materials such as polyurethane/PIR/XPS, with a thermal conductivity as low as 0.022 - 0.028W/(m·K). According to the GB/T 10801.1 - 2020 standard, it can reduce building energy consumption by 30% - 50% in actual measurements. The decorative surface layer can be selected from materials such as fluorocarbon paint, stone-like paint, and metal panels, supporting RAL color card customization. It has passed the GB/T 17748 - 2016 test and has a weather resistance of more than 25 years. Its wind pressure resistance is ≥5kPa, meeting the requirements of JG/T 287 - 2013. Its fire rating can reach A2, complying with the GB 8624 - 2012 standard. The construction is convenient and efficient, using dry construction methods, with a daily construction area of up to 200 - 300㎡ per team. It is equipped with a special anchoring system, and its earthquake resistance meets the requirements of an 8-degree seismic fortification intensity.

Other Common Exterior Wall Systems: There are rock wool wall panels (combustion rating: Class A) + aluminum-plastic panels, which can be used in unmanned guardhouse scenarios; metal sandwich panel Licaiding series, suitable for guardhouse scenarios; and rock wool wall panels (combustion rating: Class A) + Licaimu, commonly used in office building scenarios.
