Container House Door Frame

Quản trị 15 tháng 9, 2026

The common materials for container house door frames are metal (such as cold-rolled steel plates and Q235 light steel structures) or composite materials. The standard size for a single door is 800 millimeters wide by 2000 millimeters high, while a double door is 1600 millimeters wide by 2000 millimeters high. The thickness of the door frame sheet metal typically ranges from 0.8 millimeters to 5 millimeters, depending on the intended use, load-bearing capacity, and corrosion resistance requirements.

I. Material and Structural Characteristics

The material of the container house door frame directly affects its strength, durability, and applicable scenarios.

  1. Metal Materials:

    • Cold-Rolled Steel Plate: Commonly used in security doors or industrial doors, the surface is chemically degreased, derusted, and phosphatized before electrostatic spraying, providing corrosion resistance and aesthetic appeal. The thickness of the door frame sheet metal is often 0.8 millimeters, suitable for ordinary residential or office scenarios.
    • Q235 Light Steel Structure: Used in guardhouses or large industrial doors, the material thickness can be customized according to needs (e.g., 5 millimeters), paired with epoxy zinc-rich primer and topcoat for corrosion resistance. The frame has strong load-bearing capacity, suitable for high-frequency use or heavy-duty handling scenarios.
  2. Composite Materials:

    • Polyurethane Foam Integrated Panels: Integrate thermal insulation and soundproofing functions, with a tight fit between the door frame and wall panels, suitable for low-temperature or high-soundproofing requirement areas (such as northern residences and scenic area offices).
    • Rock Wool/Glass Wool Panels: Excellent fire resistance, with the door frame structure requiring fire-resistant sealing design, commonly found in chemical and warehousing container houses.

II. Size and Customization Requirements

The door frame size needs to match the type of container house:

  1. Standard Sizes:

    • Single Door (800×2000 millimeters): Meets daily personnel access needs, with high security and low cost.
    • Double Door (1600×2000 millimeters): Facilitates the handling of large equipment or furniture, commonly found in warehousing or office scenarios.
  2. Custom Sizes:

    • Adjust the height according to the purpose (e.g., barrier-free design requires ≥2100 millimeters) or width (e.g., vehicle access requires ≥3000 millimeters).
    • Special scenarios (such as medical and laboratory settings) require airtight door frame designs, with the gaps between the door frame and wall filled with sealing strips.

III. Performance and Additional Features

  1. Corrosion Resistance Treatment:
    • Metal door frames need to be galvanized or sprayed with epoxy zinc-rich paint, with increased rust-proof layer thickness recommended for coastal or high-humidity areas.
  2. Thermal Insulation and Soundproofing:
    • Composite material door frames are built with polyurethane or rock wool, paired with double-glazed windows, reducing energy consumption by more than 30%.
  3. Security Level:
    • Security door frames need to meet B-grade or higher standards, equipped with multi-point locks and anti-pry structures; industrial door frames need to pass wind pressure resistance tests (standard ≥2.5kPa).
