Container House Door Design

Quản trị 16 tháng 9, 2026

The design of doors for container houses requires comprehensive consideration of type, material properties, and design points.

Door type selection should match functional requirements. A single door is the standard configuration, with a width of 800 millimeters and a height of 2000 millimeters, suitable for daily living or small office scenarios, balancing entry and exit convenience with basic security. Double doors expand the width to 1600 millimeters while maintaining the same height, commonly found in storage or office container houses, where their larger opening facilitates the movement of large items such as furniture and equipment. Custom-made doors are tailored to specific needs, such as widening doorways for barrier-free access or increasing door height for high-security scenarios, with dimensions and structures designed entirely according to the specific purpose.

Material and properties should balance durability and functionality. Shiteng doors and windows adopt a composite structure of embossed steel plate and wooden inner ribs. The steel plate undergoes chemical degreasing, rust removal, and phosphating treatment before electrostatic spraying, resulting in strong surface corrosion resistance. Their security doors use cold-rolled steel plates, molded through a stamping process, achieving a safety rating of Grade B, suitable for scenarios with high security requirements. Shanghai Yikai Doors and Windows Co., Ltd.'s high-strength steel security doors are specifically designed for packing boxes/container houses, with materials that offer strong impact resistance and can effectively withstand external damage. Zhaoqing Huijue Doors and Windows Technology Co., Ltd.'s steel swing doors emphasize rust and theft prevention, supporting non-standard size spot purchases and flexibly adapting to different container specifications.

Design points should address installation and sealing challenges. The outer side of container houses features a corrugated plate structure, and directly installing doors can lead to excessive gaps and poor sealing. Traditional solutions involve adding filler panels (such as rock wool or polystyrene boards) on both sides of the corrugated plate to flatten the surface, but this increases construction complexity. New container-specific doors simplify the installation process by optimizing the structure, such as using embedded frames that connect directly to the container corner fittings, reducing the need for additional accessories. At the same time, rubber seals or silicone sealants ensure no leakage between the door frame and the wall. Additionally, waterproof designs for door hinges and locks (such as adding rain covers) can extend service life, preventing rust or functional failure caused by rainwater intrusion.

Reasonable selection of door types, matching material properties, and optimizing installation structures are key to enhancing the user experience and safety of container houses.
