Container House Designer
Container house designers are primarily responsible for the entire process of container house design and implementation, requiring professional design capabilities, technical analysis skills, and project collaboration abilities. Salary levels vary significantly by region and experience, with a broad industry outlook.

I. Job Responsibilities
- Functional Planning and Design: Based on diverse usage scenarios (such as residential, office, and commercial applications), complete functional planning and overall design scheme output for container spaces, ensuring rational space utilization and alignment with requirements.
- Structural Modification and Optimization: Combine project requirements to perform structural modifications, layout optimizations, and exterior design for containers, balancing scheme feasibility, safety, and aesthetics.
- Technical Document Output: Independently complete the drawing and optimization of design schemes, including detailed design, model building, text layout, and rendering output; complete structural design construction drawings, installation drawings, etc., and be familiar with structural design specifications for steel-structured buildings.
- Project Collaboration and Technical Support: Collaborate with team members to advance projects, providing technical guidance; modify drawings according to on-site conditions during project implementation to ensure construction aligns with design requirements.
- Client Communication and Guidance: Engage in technical exchanges with clients, provide comprehensive solutions, and offer on-site technical guidance during installation to resolve construction issues.
II. Job Requirements
- Experience and Skills: Require modular architectural design experience, familiarity with container structures and frame-type structural design principles; ability to independently conduct scheme design, structural stress analysis, bill of quantities calculation, and construction drawing preparation.
- Software Proficiency: Skilled in using finite element analysis software (such as ANSYS, ABAQUS, etc.) for structural strength analysis, and proficient in design software operations like SolidWorks (SW) and AutoCAD (CAD).
- Industry Awareness: Understand the development trends of prefabricated and modular construction, possess the ability to continuously learn new technologies and materials to adapt to industry upgrades.
III. Salary Range
Salaries for container designers vary significantly by region and experience:
- Sanshui District, Foshan: 5-10K/month
- Xinhua District, Cangzhou: 8-12K/month
- Fengxian District, Shanghai: 15-20K/month
Designers with extensive experience or advanced skills may earn higher salaries.
IV. Industry Trends
As prefabricated and modular construction enters a period of rapid growth, container houses, with their advantages of environmental friendliness, efficiency, and mobility, continue to see expanding market demand. Designers' experience and skills will appreciate in value with industry upgrades, offering broad career development opportunities.
