Quản trị 16 tháng 9, 2026

Common types of decorative panels used in container houses include container corrugated panels, metal carved insulation panels, polyurethane sandwich panels, color-coated steel panels, and rock wool color-coated steel panels, among others.

Container corrugated panels are an important material for container mobile homes. They are pressed from galvanized patterned plates and have anti-corrosion and wear-resistant properties. They exhibit excellent strength and toughness and are widely used in areas such as container iron sheet decorative panels. They can be used for door head decorations, hotel ballroom renovations, etc., enhancing the aesthetic appeal and durability of container houses.

Metal carved insulation panels are commonly used on the exterior walls of factory buildings and have insulation functions. Similar to polyurethane sandwich panels, they belong to the category of insulation and decoration integrated panels. These panels not only meet the insulation needs of buildings but also serve a decorative role, making container houses more similar in appearance to traditional buildings and improving living comfort.

Color-coated steel panels are widely used in container houses and can be used to make container homes, mobile homes, packing-box units, etc. They have the advantages of being lightweight, having high strength, and being easy to install. They can quickly construct the main structure of container houses and meet diverse decorative needs through different colors and surface treatments.

Rock wool color-coated steel panels are easy to install and are suitable for mobile homes, on-site folding modular simple houses, etc. Rock wool has good fire-resistant and heat-insulating properties. Using rock wool color-coated steel panels as decorative panels can improve the safety and insulation of container houses, especially in places with high fire safety requirements.

In addition, there are some container houses with decorative structures, whose decorative panels include ceilings, floor panels, and side panels. They have good physical properties such as heat insulation, sound insulation, waterproofing, and flame retardancy, solving the problems of poor insulation, sound insulation, wind resistance, and visual effects of traditional container side panels.
