Quản trị 17 tháng 9, 2026
The entire process of container house decoration includes steps such as cutting and window opening, internal structure construction, roof construction, internal filling and facing, wall treatment, external structure creation, and other detail handling.

- Cutting and Window Opening: According to design requirements, the container is segmented and cut to determine the positions of windows and glass doors. Aluminum alloy windows and glass doors are installed to ensure adequate lighting and ventilation.
- Internal Structure Construction: Light steel keels are used to punch and fix along the iron sheet of the container, constructing the indoor frame structure. Simultaneously, indoor concealed plumbing and electrical works are installed, with switches and sockets reserved at key positions to ensure convenient electricity usage. The exhaust duct is extended from the top of the container to the outdoors to ensure indoor air circulation.
- Roof Construction: Foam boards are first used as a base to provide sound insulation and thermal insulation, with an OSB (Oriented Strand Board) layer on top to increase the strength and stability of the roof. Fire-baked roll roofing is selected as the waterproof material to effectively prevent rainwater leakage and ensure a dry interior space.
- Internal Filling and Facing: The inner side of the keels is entirely filled with foam adhesive to further enhance sound insulation and thermal insulation. The exterior is faced with dense stickers to improve aesthetics. The outer layer is sealed with gypsum board to make the interior walls smoother.
- Wall Treatment: The application of indoor putty and latex paint is completed to make the walls smooth and clean. The exterior is wrapped with specially made panels to protect the main structure of the container and enhance its appearance.
- External Structure Creation: A leisure area is created beside the container windows using steel frame structures, such as a spot for drinking tea and enjoying the moon, adding functionality and interest to the house.
- Other Detail Handling: Foam boards are pasted on the inner walls of the container to enhance sound insulation and thermal insulation; the iron door is embedded with foam boards for better sealing; wooden frames and sliding glass are installed, with gypsum board closely attached to the foam boards to increase wall stability and aesthetics; the gaps in the gypsum board are filled with putty and sanded to make the walls smoother. A square opening is cut on the side of the container to install an exhaust fan for ventilation; workbenches, lighting, power connections, and air conditioning are installed to meet daily living needs.
